"Alright mom, I'm going now!", Minho called out as he stepped towards the door.
"Okay sweetie, have a safe journey. Good luck for the audition!", his mom replied.
"Thanks, mom. Love you."
"Love you too, honey."
As he got onto the bus, he felt nervous and excited all at once.
Looking outside the window, he saw a cat sitting on a wall, and smiled. Soon, he fell asleep, leaning onto the window.

"Stop number 6, JYP Entertainment!", a voice sounded over the speaker.
Minho woke with a start, and got off at the stop. He looked up at the JYP building that towered above him. Taking in a deep breath, he walked in.
"You must be here for the audition!", a lady with a clipboard said. Minho nodded. "Well, here's your number, please have a seat with the other contestants.", the lady told him.
Minho thanked her and went to the place where all the contestants were seated. He looked down at his number. 98. He quietly sat in the seat allotted to him. Looking around at the contestants, he observed that they all looked anxious at the prospect of the audition, and many were practicing their audition performances.
Number after number was called; and one by one, the contestants auditioned. Minho was placed towards the end of the list.
"Number 98, Lee Minho?", the lady with the clipboard called.
"I'm here.", Minho replied, and walked into the auditioning room.

"Hi, my name is Lee Minho."
The judge greeted Minho and introduced himself. "Hello, Minho! I'm Park Jinyoung. You can call me JYP."
"Oh, okay."
"Ah, yes... looking at your profile, I see that you've had a previous career as a part of a dance crew, and as a backup dancer?"
"Yes, I have had some experience as a professional dancer for a couple of years now."
"So dancing is your forte?"
"Yeah, you could say that.", Minho replied with a smile.
"Okay, you can start your performance now."
Minho started his performance. He was so immersed in the dance that he even found himself forgetting that he was in an audition. He danced smoothly, and ended the performance with a graceful bow.
JYP provided his opinions. "There's no doubt you're a talented dancer. I really enjoyed your performance. If you practice a bit more, you'll go far. The audition results will come out in a couple of weeks. Thank you for auditioning!"
Minho bowed once more, and smiled.

He walked outside the room and sat on a chair, looking outside a window.
"Hey there! You just auditioned, right?", a voice behind him asked.
Minho turned around.
The stranger introduced himself. "My name's Jisung. What's yours?", he asked, extending his hand out to Minho.
