Today, Minho was feeding Soonie when his phone buzzed with a notification. He checked it. It was a message from Jisung.

He slipped his phone into his pocket and prepared to head out. He was really excited, and ran outside the house to tell his mom.
He found her in the garden, watering the strawberries. "Mom! The audition results just came out. I'm going to the company building to check it." "Take care, okay? Call me once you get there," his mom replied. "Alright mom, bye!" His mom waved to him, smiling as he walked down the driveway.
Minho couldn't put his feelings into words. There were so many thoughts whizzing through his head that he felt dizzy. He got off the bus at the JYP building and felt a sense of déjà vu. Almost immediately, he noticed a board outside the building proclaiming, "지금 오디션 결과 발표!" (Audition results out now!). He entered the building.
There was a group of people huddled around a noticeboard. Minho jostled his way through the crowd to see what they were looking at. It was the audition results. He quickly scanned the list for his name. His heartbeat was racing. After a few moments, he breathed out a sigh of relief. His name was on the list!
Contestant Number 98 - Lee Minho ✅
He made his way out of the crowd and broke into a smile. Pulling out his phone, he called his mom.
"Mom, I passed the audition!" "Oh my, that's wonderful! I'm so happy for you, son." "I'm really excited... I'm going to be training at JYP from now on! So I'll be living in the JYP dorms. But I'll miss you..." "I'll miss you too... but you can visit on weekends, right? I'll make sure you do. Don't overwork yourself over there, okay? Have enough food, take good rest, and practice well. I'll pack your stuff for you. You can move out tomorrow," his mom replied. "Oh, thanks mom, but I'll pack my bags, don't work yourself up about it. I'll try to visit whenever I can, okay? Heading home now. I'm hanging up," Minho said, ending the call.
Minho got another text from Jisung.

Minho smiled and put his phone back into his pocket. Suddenly, he bumped into someone.
"Oh- I'm sorry... I wasn't looking where I was going...," Minho said. He looked up to see who it was. "Oh, that's okay, Minho!", Jisung replied. "So you'll be moving here tomorrow, right?" "Yeah, I'm gonna head home and pack my stuff. I'll be here by noon tomorrow." "Cool. See you then!", Jisung said. He patted Minho's shoulder and went into the JYP building. Minho smiled.
Minho saw the last bus for the day leaving the bus stop. He rushed to the bus and managed to get in just in time.
'I've got a long day ahead of me tomorrow', he thought.
