Chapter 5

I was following Nash and Cameron. Hayes was riding with me.

I was laughing the whole way there. Hayes got my aux cord and played his music. He had great songs on so I didn't mind. We both sang along to the songs as loud as we could, we where just rocking out in there. We did get some faces from people but we sang and rocked out even more.

The faces we got was one of the reasons I was laughing. The other reason was because a Spanish song came out and he just sang along to the words, even if they were going by fast.
I know what the song was saying because I speak Spanish, my parents are from Mexico. I don't listen to Spanish music though I prefer English.

It was funny watching him sing along to the song so I joined in.

"You know Spanish?" He asked while lowering the volume.

"Si señor." I said in a like man's voice. "Yeah I do know Spanish, my parents are from Mexico. They do speak English, but only like the basics not really any big words." I explained to him.

"Oh, that's cool your bilingual."

"Um, no. I actually know a little French too." hopefully he doesn't think I like to brag.

"Oh my god! That's so cool!"

I was shocked at his reaction.

Most people will say some French fraise or something, but not me I don't like to show off.

We finally arrived at where we were going to eat. It was really cool there was a bowling alley, laser tag, and an arcade.

"Oh my god this place is so cool!" I yelled excitedly. They just laughed at me. "Well sorry that I've never been to a place like this." I said crossing my arms.

"Really!?" they said all at the same time.

"Yes really. My parents came from Mexico and worked in the fields, because they didn't speak English. I grew up in a city that didn't gave things like this." I explained.

"Oh sorry Andy, we didn't know." Nash said in a sad tone.

"Hey guys, look at me. You guys didn't hurt my feelings or anything, it's okay. Don't worry." I told them smiling to show them I wasn't hurt.

"Okay Andy." Hayes said giving me a smile. "Now lets go have fun!" he said running in the building, while keeping his hand up like superman does.

"Let's go!" Cameron, Nash, and I said at the same time while copying what Hayes did.

(I've actually never been bowling, so if something I write doesn't happen there just pretend it does.)

The boys ordered a pizza and we where going to bowl first. We had are shoes on, and ready to bowl. Well... they were ready, not me.

I let them go first, I was watching and trying to learn how to bowl. It wasn't working, I still had no clue.

It was finally my turn.

"Umm, no I don't think I want to play this round. You guys just play I'll just watch." I lied.

"Oh come on Andy we already have your name written down." Cameron said.

"No, I have to go to the um, bathroom! Yeah I have to go to the bathroom." I said trying to get out.

"Oh okay we'll wait don't worry." Hayes said.

"Okay, I'll be right back." I turned around and walked to the bathroom.

Ugh, thanks a lot Hayes.

I should just come clean, and tell them i can't bowl. Yeah, I'll just do that.

I went to the bathroom but i just washed my hands and stood there, some girls gave me looks but I ignored them.

I think it's time to go back.

"I'm back!" I said trying to put on my best fake smile.

"That smile is so fake." Cameron said chuckling at the end.

"Ugh! How'd you know?"

"I don't know, I just did."

What's wrong, Andy?" asked Nash.

"Idon'tknowhowtobowl." I quickly whispered, while playing with my flannel.

"YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO BOWL!" Cameron and Hayes said at the same time.

"Wow, thanks for not making me feel useless." I mumbled not wanting them to hear.

"You guys!" Nash screamed at them. He must have heard me. "Come on Andy, I'll show you." Nash grabbed my hand and gave me a small cute smile.

My heart melted at that moment.

Woah, wait! What?! You just met him!

Those beautiful blue eyes, I just get lost in them.

"Okay, so what you have to do is get a good swing. Then let the bowling ball slip out of your hands. Got it?" He said snapping me put of my thoughts.

"Um, o-okay. I-I'll try." Oh my, I must look really dumb. I'm stuttering! What is happening to me!?

I tried doing what Nash told me but I failed big time. I even heard someone laughing, it kinda sounded like Hayes.

"Okay here, let me help." Nash said chuckling a little.

He got behind me and helped me swing the ball. You know in like movies, yeah just like that.

"Okay let go!"

I did as he said and the bowling ball knocked down seven pins! Wow, I can't believe I did that! It may not be much, but I knocked them down.

I turned and screamed. I then jumped and wrapped my arms around Nash's neck. He quickly wrapped his arms around me and gave me a tight squeeze.

We both laughed, this was oddly comfortable. It felt like time stopped.

I pulled my head away from his neck and he just stared at me.

There they where again those beautiful blue eyes again. They looked like the ocean.

We where both leaning in slowly.

"Excuse me love birds, but it's my turn." Cameron said annoyed.
I felt my cheeks turn a shade of red. I quickly went and sat in my seat.
