*Izzy's pov*

I'm really nervous. Today I'm going on my first date with Shawn and I don't want to blow it. The girls helped me get ready. He should be here any minute and the longer I wait the more nervous I get.

I check my outfit for the millionth time. Im wearing a pink skater dress with cute white sandles. My hair is down and in waves. I think I look decent but of course not gold enough. I mean Shawn is so good looking.

"Izzy stop that's like the millionth time you look at yourself in the mirror. Trust me you look beautiful. You've always been the prettier friend. Trust me your gonna be the better looking person in your guys relationship." Andrea said as she hugged me.

"Thank you, you always know what to say. You know how I am. I don't know though. I think I need a better outfit."

"No trust me this outfit is perfect. You don't need to change all you have to do is relax." and once she said that we heard the door bell ring.

"HE'S HERE! OMG OMG IM NOT READY TELL HIM TO RAIN CHECK I-I-I-I HAVE TO WASH THE DOG!"

"Izzy we don't have a dog." she said bursting out laughing as she pushed me to the door.

"Andrea...I'm not ready." I said as she handed me my bag.

"Yes you. Are now open the door be yourself and have a fun time. Not too much fun tho!" she said and she walked away.

The girls gave me a hug and wished me good luck. I fixed my dress and hair, before I opened the door I took a deep breath.

"Hi Izzy, I got these for you. I hope you like them, I didn't know wich ones to pick. They were all so pretty and I was trying to get the prettiest ones for you, a pretty girl, but nothing obviously compares to your beauty. You look absolutely amazing today, I mean you always do." he kept rambling and it was honestly so cute on how nerves he was.

"Shawn it's okay, and thank you for the compliments and flowers. They're beautiful and you look great to as always."

"You ready to go?" he asked.

"Oh! Yeah, let me just put these in a water. You can come in. Warning; the girls are here so expect Andrea trying to get back at me, by using you."

"Uh okay." he laughed and closed the door behind him.

"So are you gonna leave me guessing or can you tell me where we're going?" I asked.

"I think I'll leave you guessing. I hope you like it though."

"I'll love it, as long as I'm with you." I gave him a cheesy smile, as he laughed.

"Sooo Shawn-" Andrea said as she came into the kitchen where i was trying to put the flowers in a vase.

"Fuck..." I cussed under my breath.

"Yes?" he asked her.

"I am trusting you here. You hurt her and I'll hurt you. Her father isn't here, but I will act the same way ashe would. You're lucky though, because I actually like you, unlike her ex boyfriends. Just cause I think you're a good person and I like you for her, doesn't mean I'll let you have it easy. No funny business or I'll chop your dick off. Got it?" she said with a serious face, which was a miracle because she can never be serious.
