Out of line

A little boy

Jeremy's POV
Christina and I have been thinking about adopting a little boy. We want him the same age as Ashley so she can have somebody to play with. Also she can have someone that she can go to because we both know Ciara won't care. That girl is in her own world she has been ever since we took her in. Today is the day that we go and I am so excited. Christina and I haven't told the girls that we are adopting another kid but they know something is up. They could see us decorating a room and making sure it stays clean. We have had furniture delivered and we bought a whole bunch of clothes for this kid. I am so happy that I am going to have a son. I can go fishing with him and play baseball also he's going to play football. I just want to give this little boy the best childhood ever. I am literally pacing the room right now, I am so nervous and Christina is telling me to stop pacing because it's bothering her.

"hey Christina, have you ever thought that we should try for a baby instead of adopting?" I say.

"Yeah, I have actually. I just think that we should adopt because I want to help kids get out of the terrible foster system," she replied.

"I completely agree sweetie," I say as I kiss her. "lets go get our son," I say as I am walking out the door.

Christina says, "We have to get Ashley and Ciara first silly."

"Oh right," I say as I call them downstairs and to get into the car. Surprisingly they don't argue and they do as they're told. This is going to be a good day.

**********SKIP TO ORPHANAGE********

As we walk into the orphanage I notice all these little kids running around. They're all so cute but we only came for one today.

Christina looks at me and sees a little boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. He looks to be about seven which is good cause he might be Ashley's age. I walk over to him and introduce myself, "Hey buddy, what's your name?" I ask.

In the shyest voice ever "my name is Ben"

"well Hi Ben" I say

Ben smiles and looks up at me. He is really adorable he has blonde hair and blue eyes and has a little smirk.

"So whatcha working on Ben?" I say curiously

"I'm building a rocket ship. I'm going to fly it to the moon with a message" Ben replies excitedly

"That's a soda bottle" I say

"Yeah but I'm turning it into a rocket ship." He says then goes back to being his quiet self again.

"Hey Ben do you want to come home with us. You'll have two older sisters." I say cautiously not wanting to scare him cause I said the question of adoption

He just looks at me and replies "yeah!"

I get so happy that I found a son and now our family will be complete. I go and sign papers with Christina and we leave with our son and two girls. This is going to be fun.

I AM SO SORRY! I have been so busy I moved into college and I have a ton of work and classes and I was in college in the summer too. I love writing the story when I can but I can't update often if anyone is interested please contact me. I need a partner.
