Chapter 6 Ego Drop

Hi I'm baaack! So this became a little bit long but as i said this story will be a little bit slow burn so keep it up.

Parker POV.

Cold season... i always hated this weather. Cold.. less food and the worst part i had to leave my home, my friends, my family, my tribe in the city, just because Ronie couldn't stay put and leave me alone. I didn't even touch her and she reaped her clothes and started to scream! I mean i understand that i am a capable male and got my second mark early age but still! She is so annoying! Now i'm here in a small village not so far away but this place isn't safe at all. Of course there are more males here, although they aren't strong as me, plus given that i'm the leopard kings' cub i more advanced than the others.
I made some allies here, but in the last few days i didn't see them that often... that's so odd. So i decided i follow them. Almost got their path, but suddenly the scent disappeared. Why? How? Then i heard storied about these Lumenien females. What are those? Why aren't they living with us in a village. As i tried to get more information about them, it turns out they use some kind of talismans to hide their presence. I admit that's clever. There are three of them Angelica the oldest, Rosalind the second and the youngest is Samantha. They have beautiful names. I had never heard such unique name before, i bet they look pretty too with what kind of names they got from their parents.
After a week or so, i heard some shocking revelations. All of their relatives are gone and there is a chance that they are the last ones in their tribe. This news devastated even me. To not see the faces of your loved ones, i would isolate myself as well, but try to search someone to continue my blood line even if it's hard. Although i'm a male, not a female so I would have less chance than them because of my gender and i would have to share my mate at all times. It would be pure luck to have cubs this way, if i was alone. I hope they are okey.

My curiosity gets the better of me so i went to Harvey. "Harvey! Harvey, open the door!" No answer. Maybe he is deep sleeping? Then another male came from one of the huts around here. "He isn't here. He and Adrew went to the den of the Lumenien females. They try to court them." I close the distance to him. 'Court them? How?' They were faster than me. When i realized what was i thinking i understood that i wanted to meet them as well and if i have a chance be a mate with one of them. The are sky female! They can fly and hide away from prying eyes! 'That is soo not fair!' I shake my head and look at the male. "Do you know where are they went? Which path they took?" He directed me to go deep in the forest. Thats way to dangerous even for them. They are females, usually they are weak and if i count that they are alone even if they can hide or fly away, they are still weak females... they need protection! I gotta find them, i'm the strongest here so one of them surely choose me right away because i'm a prince and already double marked beastman! As i was walking behind them on the path i saw a breath takingly beautiful female! She had long curly fiery red hair and her eyes were different colors, one blue like the sky and one green like the mid hot season tree leaf. It was magical to say the least. In an instant i forgot about Andrew and Harvey. I follow her on her way, she wasn't even stopping. 'Where is she going alone, it's almost dawn?! It's dangerous to walk alone this time around.' I thought, i still followed her where ever she want to go. Then she stopped almost nest to the river where a very strange tree grew. I remember it because it popped up before the cold season came. The most strangest thing is there are still fruits on this tree.

Next to the river almost in the riverbed there was the fruit tree little bit sparkling in the dim sunlight while the beautiful female harvests the fruits, but interestingly just those fruit what the sunlight touched. 'Thats wierd.. Why is she doing that? Are those different in some way?' I didn't notice that i already standing next to her. When she turned around, she startled a little, but quickly get together herself. "Greetings. De we know each other?" Her voice immediately sent me in a calm place but fired up my heart. What a kind female! Until now every female that i met and accidently scared them, they al shout at me. She stayed calm and even acknowledge my presence. "Hi, female. I'm Parker Prince from the leopard tribe. I noticed you were walking alone, that's not safe, so i followed you. This way you will be safe, and we can chat as well. You don't need to thank me. I'm a great male, aren't i!" I said in the hurry, because i didn't want her to think i'm someone evil and show that i capable of a male. I puffed out my chest to show her how strong i am. She stayed in silence and just looked at me. I think she is checking me out if i'm good which i know i am. Then suddenly started to giggle. "Well then, I'm Rosalind Mithrill from the Lumenien tribe and i'm here to collect Iske Plumps." So her name Rosalind and one of the Lumeniens sister. I bet she is the prettiest. I walked around her and snatched the basket from her keeping it arm's length. "I hold your basket and help!" I smiled at her, but she didn't react to me. Usually females like my smile, but she didn't even blush even the slightest.'Isn't she like me? She was nice to me just a moment ago... she evensmiled at me. Why doesn't she talk to me more? I want to hear her voice more!' Istay close to her while she plucks the fruits what she called Iske plumps. Istep closer to her and lick her face a little and smile at her again. I wanther to compliment me. Sadly, she didn't like it. "What are you doing?!Behave yourself Parker!" She yelled at me. I was sad, maybe she reallydidn't like me. I want her to like me, but what should i do to like me?"I'm sorry.. i just wanted to be nice to you..." She turns in my waycrossed her arms glaring at me a little. 'Oh no! Maybe i made her angry really?' I tried to say something, but she sealed my mouth with her hand. Iwas so soft, and she has a really fresh and nice scent! I could not concealmyself and my tail started to swish side to side. "Parker, where i come from we don't do these kind of things, only with our spouse or mate as you guys say it. So please, refrain yourself."
