Kamikoshi's infamous spirit medium, Seiko, returned home. She sighed with contentment, finally getting the break she deserved after a long day spent completing her duties. She settled into the living room and quickly switched on the television, not wanting to miss her favorite show.
She lay down on her side in her casual clothing. The spirit medium lit up her favorite cigarette, and took a few drags.
BAM!
"GRANDMA!" Momo burst through the front door of her grandmother's house, her chest heaving with exertion and her eyes wild with desperation. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she raced towards the living room, where she found Seiko relaxing in front of the television.
"What is it?" Seiko responded with a sigh, maintaining her eyes focused on the TV "I need your help, now! It's Y/n, his body is being possessed by an evil spirit!" Momo's voice was filled with a desperate urgency, her words tumbling out in a frantic rush.
Before Seiko could drag on her cigarette again, she looked over her shoulder at Momo. Confusion is evident on Seiko's face, the older woman's eyes examine Momo's disheveled appearance and the wild look in her granddaughter's eyes.
"Possessed? What happened, Momo?" Seiko asks. Furthermore, Seiko saw that Momo was holding a talisman from their gate in her right hand "Hey, who told you to pluck that talisman off?" Seiko inquired, her eye twitching slightly; the talisman was the only thing that prevented any evil spirits from entering her residence.
"Forget about it, Grandma! I lured it to our house so you could exorcise it, you have to hurry!" Momo's voice was filled with a desperate plea, and she hurriedly grabbed Seiko's hand and dragged her out.
"Really..?" Seiko grumbled, despite Momo's pleas, she intended to get rid of whatever spirit the teenagers mess with, as soon as she could.
With Seiko holding her magical bat in her hand and Momo following closely behind, the two went outside to their front yard. The wind howled, followed by an intense gust of wind sweeping over the entire area as the spirit made its entrance. It flapped its wings as it hovered in the air, glaring down at both of them "Aha! It is been a while since we last met, Skank!" The spirit taunted.
Seiko's eyes narrowed as she recognized the malevolent spirit hovering in the air before her. Seiko's blood bubbling as she saw the spirit make its return. The memory of their past encounters flooding back with grim vendetta.
"Beelzebub... I should have known you'd come crawling back, you repulsive little maggot" Seiko's voice was filled with a cold fury, her grip tightening on her enchanted bat as she prepared to face the demonic entity.
"You have the audacity to possess that boy, threatening my granddaughter and her friend? Is there any brain inside your thick skull?" Seiko expelled a cloud of smoke from her mouth, her teeth clenching.
"I'm not to fault, you know. This boy who foolishly located my grave! I owe him a lot, because I can finally tear out your esophagus!" Beelzebub licked his lips, yearning for revenge and eager to ingest the blood of the woman who originally banished him.
"Momo, there's an ancient dagger in my collection. It's hidden in the attic, at the highest shelf. Go grab it while I distract him" Seiko remained composed and ordered her granddaughter.
Momo nodded, her eyes narrowing, overflowing with tenacity "Come on, you filthy vermin. I'll send you back to the pits of hell where you belong" Seiko challenged. With a beckoning wave of her hand back and forth.
"I'll split your gut open!!" Beelzebub roared as he flies toward in greet speed, his unhinged smile yearned for blood. As Beelzebub drew near, Seiko swiftly took the cigarette between her lips and flicked it right into Beelzebub's eye, disorienting the spirit with the abrupt spark of flame at the tip of the cigarette.
