"I don't think I can continue serving a society that doesn't care about the ones fighting for it, I'm sorry Goro," said Giichi.
Why, why, why?
Both men standing across from opposite sides, just like their thoughts were on opposite ends.
"Giichi, this still doesn't excuse what you did!" Goro said. "Innocent people died because of you, because of what you think!"
Goro doesn't understand why would his friend do this? Why, why did he not see the signs, or was he too busy to see that his friend was sneaking to the point where he thought such thoughts. He felt like he failed at his given role at birth, being strong. No, being the strongest. He felt like he was too overwhelmed since the day he was born. No breaks, no childhood, no playing with the other kids. His path was chosen the day he came out of his mother. To be strong, but how could he be strong when his one and only, his other half, his standing ground, just left him to fall down?
The only thing Goro could do is Giichi say that he was done and leaving the quarters. He left his uniform with Goto. So all he had of Giichi was his old blood stanined button-up and pants.
Once he knew Giichi was really gone he broke down in tears. No way anyone would see him like this. He had to bring his lover back. But how? He decided to go out for a walk.
