So this week wasn’t that bad I made a whole bunch of new friends. For some reason Nate is still over and my brother Evaristo and him are thinking of inviting Jared, their friend that’s the same age as me. I mean I love Nate he’s like my brother, but Jared he’s an odd kid, honestly he’s pretty cool too, but me and him have this thing were we pretend we hate each other but secretly are best friends.
“I should probably get up and get dressed.”I say to myself realizing it’s Saturday and I’m hanging out with Justin and everyone else today. I think I’ll listen to All Time Low todaaay while I get ready. Hmm oh I know I’ll wear my Never Shout Never T- shirt and black skinny jeans with rips where the knees should be, just like Christofer Drew<3.
“I’m gonna break your little heart, watch you take the fall, laughing all the way to the hospital cuz there’s nothing surgery can do”
I started blasting that song soo loud that my neighbor who was walking her dog could here all the way from the park.
“Hey keep it down!!!” I heard an annoying yet joyful voice yell at me. As I suspected I turned around to see Nate and Jared standing in my bedroom doorway. I ran up and gave Nate a hug even though he’s been here for like three weeks.
“Hey!! Don’t I get a hug!?!?!”
“haha fine!!”
See what I mean, we have an odd relationship. So after I kicked both of them out I continued blasting my music until I got a text message from Justin.
*TEXT CONVO*
Justin: heeey Amber Lynn everyone is gonna meet at the park, but I’m not sure about Aria.
Me: okay cool I’ll call her and see if she wants to come with me.
Justin: thanks well see ya in an hour.
*END OF CONVO*
Soo I called up Aria she was completely freaking out about all of this, I don’t know why they’re just a couple of guys….popular guys…cut popular guys. Okay maybe she did have a little bit of a reason to freak out. Honestly I would rather hang out with Kyle, Percy, and Seth this weekend. But oh well looks like I have to make the best of this day despite who I’m with.
So as I ran down the stairs trying not to fall I yelled out to my mom telling her that I was leaving to go hang out with some of my friends at the park. All she told me was to ask my little sister for 5 bucks which I did and then I was on my way for another adventure. I saw Aria standing on my front lawn petting the grass I honestly don’t know what’s wrong, she always does weird stuff when she gets really nervous. So this wasn’t that much of a surprise, but the really big surprise was that fact that she actually didn’t sleep in today.
So when she saw me we went on our way to the park, but of course we HAD to stop at 7-11 to get some food. We didn’t care if it made the guys wait a little, we were starving! On our walk down to 7-11 we saw my neighbor’s son Gabe walking over to my house to hang out with my brother and his friends. Like always he asked me if they were home and like always I replied “yeaah man they’re always home.” And then our adventure really began. We made fun of all of the joggers that jogged past us and Aria’s fear of insects along the way. We finally arrived at 7-11 and bought chips, two medium slurpees, and 3 bags of reeses pieces. YES I bought 3 bags of Reeses Pieces just for myself…DON’T JUDGE MEEEE!!!
By the time we got to the park everyone was there. Rick was pushing Justin on the swing and Rodger and Drew were making sandcastles.
“FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!” Rick and Rodger yelled at the same time…..sometimes it’s scary how alike they are even for twins.
“GET THE HECK AWAY FROM MY REESES PIECES!!!” I yell while running to the swing next to Justin. I sat down next to him shoving reeses pieces in my mouth, all he was doing was laughing at me while I stuffed myself. Justin is pretty cool and he doesn’t get mad at me when I rant on about Christofer Drew. Dang man Rodger and Drew need to stop trying to get my Reeses Pieces!!
“Heey Amber Lynn,” Drew said while Rick and Aria are about to leave “Everyone is going to the movies I wasn’t gonna go soooo um if you want would you mind going on a walk with me but it would be okay if you wanted to go with them.” I was really confused I barely knew the kid and he’s asking to hang out with me while veryone else goes somewhere else..but this kid was…different.
So after everyone left me and Drew went on a walk.
“So Amber Lynn, it’s kind of obvious that Justin likes you.”
“What?!?!!? He does??”
“So you’re telling me you honestly didn’t know he liked you?”
“No I didn’t!!”
“Just think of all of the guys that must like you and you don’t even realize it.”
“Yeah but I don’t think any guys really like me like that anyways.”
“Aww Why not?”
“Because I have an odd face and I’m short!!!”
“I think you’re really pretty actually and you being short makes you even cuter!”
What was he talking about??? Did Justin really like aghhhh boys are sooo confusing!!!
After that conversation we had arrived at my house and we were greeted by Nate and Jared….Seriously!! why are they always here!!!! I have a feeling this isn’t going to end well…
