Chapter 10

Freen's POV

I'm so happy now , I've found my happiness and peace in my wife . She is really one of a kind , beautiful from inside out . I never expected her to give me a chance .

But I'll prove  her  I'm worth her chance , I'm going to give her all the love , yeah I'm in love with her. I used to laugh when anyone would talk about love ..more of love at first sight.

Our first encounter was dreadful, but at that time also I was having that concern for her.

It really pained me how I made her marry me , leaving no option to her , she has all the right to hate me but she willingly  gave me a chance.

I really regret sometimes when I remember how devastated she was, maybe I should have been generous.

I couldn't control my anger and ego , I just wanted to make her mine . It was not just revenge but my Pride that took over me .

I thought Rebecca was meant to be my wife , so why not this way.

Flashback  1 week before marriage

"Freen , there's something very important, and immediate action is required "

" Mr. Armstrong is involved in Mr. Chankimha murder plus he has a very good sum of shares of Chankimha Corp. In his hand"

"What the hell you're talking about, he's a family friend "

"The investigation is accurate"

"I don't believe "

"He's the one with whome Mr. Chankimha left the office , but at the time of crashing he was nowhere"

I just sigh , it's getting painful to me .

" He's in contact with your distant uncle Michael constantly..if he's a friend why would he be acquainted with your father's enemy"

"One more thing , he's planning to do arrange marriage of his daughter with you cousin Non"

"What!"

"Yeah"

"But he's a drug addict and charged with multiple assault cases and he's not in good record ... Doesn't he love his daughter"

"Of course he does...but it's for business purposes.... entirely...he will merge his shares  with Your uncle , then they can take over the CC"

"But why the hell , he needs to marry her , he can do that directly"

"There must be something... otherwise he won't involve her "

"Well ....Dad proposed my marriage with Armstrong's daughter and he wanted me to agree with this arranged marriage "

"Yes but he was very reluctant..and dad was restless for many days"

"Freen ...there must be something related , that's why she's being involved "

"Freen ...meet your lawyer ...he must know something "

"I'm unable to reach him "

"This marriage needs to be stopped "

"You must do something, otherwise you may loose Chankimha Corp. "

I was mad and impulsive at that time , so I thought why not marry her , this way I will stop that marriage and I will be able to take my revenge from Mr. Armstrong.
