" Shhh..."

Rina shushed and met a pair of beautiful steely grey eyes. It was Altair. She took her hands back and he stared at her without blinking.

" Following me?" Rina asked.

" Maybe....." He said as a smile spread across his lips.

" And why do you think it's fine to follow me?" Rina asked.

" Because a sweet child is roaming alone in a secluded place, all alone." He emphasized with a hint of mysterious smile stuck on his lips.

Rina looked at him sharp yet curiously as she couldn't understand his intentions but a strange feeling tingled inside her. Neither he looked away nor she did. They kept gazing at each other.

" You think you are any better option for this sweet child?" She cocked her one brow.

" Trust me, child. I am much better than anyone else." He said and leaned in.

Rina sharply observed his actions but halted when felt his lips on her cheek. He was not looking at her but somewhere in distance making her curious. She held his collar with a blazing fierce eyes. She shoved him down but to her surprise he only stumbled back a little.

' My strength is much better than a kid. This one is someone intriguing. I shall be alert. He smells different not pure but too pure like a part of nature. He smells like life.' She made a mental note.

" Next time you follow me, I will inform my brother after that what consequences you will face will be your concern. Keep that in mind or better get it drilled." She said walking past him like a queen while he still paced behind her.

" Having fun pacing behind me?" Rina hissed.

" Having fun getting reactions out of you, princess." He said and she glared at him walking in haste then smirked.

She tripped him and twirled to other side. He came out of hiding landing straight on knees in front of Suzy, the seeker. Rina's face twitched in an evil grin while it happened so fast and swift that he fell in her trap.

" Altair, I caught you. Now you will be the seeker." Suzy said then alarmed others.

Altair looked at Rina who came out of shadows with a slight smirk mocking him. He stood up and brushed his pants. Everyone again went to hide when he held Rina's hand and whispered.

" Well played, princess but I will catch you. Hide well because only I can catch you, find you then bring you back." Altair whispered then passed an angelic smile to her.

" Exactly like how you got caught, right Altair?" She mocked and pushed him making him stumble.

Rina went again to the secluded spot finding no eyes watching over her but halted when a chilly air brushed through her. The smell of death entered her nostrils. Still a faint minty smell keeping the smell of death low around her like protecting her senses. It was strange yet relaxing to her. A shadow always guarded her but it was not that shadow she knew. It was a foreign sensation yet calm and filled with comfort. Neglecting she went for the door's handle.

It was locked. She saw a twig and used it as a key to unlock it. She opened the door and went in. The door closed itself. The surrounding was dark and the only source of light was fairy lights on walls. She went in and felt a hard thing down her feet. She pulled her leg back and saw a bone. She ignored and walked in. It was like a door of secrets.

She further walked in. Through fairy lights she could see particular carvings which was anything but unnerving. It was carvings of death. She saw few men inside laughing and painful cries mixing with the laughter. She hid in shadows keeping her breathe in control. She saw a man tied to a chair being tortured. Her lips curved in a smile.
