Sumi: I'm here.
Sumi looked around her surroundings.
It was a huge space outside, similar to a park. There were barely any people walking around, so it was perfect for bike practices. She saw a familiar figure biking towards her. It was her brother, wearing a white oversized shirt and black loose pants.
Sumi got a water bottle out of the paper bag filled with snacks she picked out from the convenience store before handing it to her brother, who quickly accepted it and immediately drank out of it.
"The others are coming soon. I should introduce you to them." he spat out as he wiped his lips with the back of his palm.
Surely enough, two huge biking figures were approaching them at a very high speed.
Sumi's eyes widened in recognition as she met eyes with one of the bikers.
"Who ya got here, Hyeok Kwon?" the guy she was currently staring at spoke in a teasing manner.
"This is Sumi." your brother simply introduced you in an uninterested tone. He didn't even introduce you as his sister, stupid bastard.
The guy looked away from your brother and locked eyes with you, his grin slowly disappearing from his face.
He recognized you.
Ofcourse.
"Sumi, this is Wooin." your brother introduced, while you merely stared at the guy he calls Wooin.
"The other one is Joker."
You snapped out of your trance and bow slightly at the guy called Joker, and he nodded in response.
"Stay here, we'll be finished in an hour," your brother turned away from you and continued to ride on his bike, followed by the tall guy he introduced as Joker. Wooin, whoever, decided to stay to rest.
Wooin was leaning at the handlebar of his bike, scrolling through his phone. Sumi sat down on the bench awkwardly while holding on to her brother's water bottle, silence engulfing both of them.
"Uhm, thank you for paying for my snacks earlier," Sumi muttered slowly, her grip on the water bottle tightening as she spoke those words.
"Anytime," was Wooin's only response, not looking up from his phone. This gave Sumi time to admire his features, every piece of him.
He has a well-defined jaw, a reddish, cherry colored, cupid bow lips, a sharp nose, even long lashes that made his eyes even prettier.
He was like a work of art that Sumi would never get tired of staring at for hours.
She immediately looked away and transferred her attention to her phone when she felt like he was about to look up. She was almost caught staring at him, and that would come off as weird, no matter what reason she may have up her sleeve.
Wooin didn't say a word, slipping his phone inside the pocket of his pants before biking his way out.
Only then was Sumi able to let out a breath that she did not know she was holding due to the suffocating silence. It wasn't like her to feel tense and not able to come up with a topic that could open up a conversation from both parties.
