Twelve years later Catherine Maria Hollybrook, a twenty four year old woman, had always dreamed of becoming a world renowned chef. When she received her acceptance letter from the prestigious Chicago Culinary Academy, she knew this was her chance to turn her passion into a career. She told her mom and dad that she was going to be leaving and heading off to start culinary academy. Maria and Mike helped pack away her clothes, jackets, books, and stuff into cardboard and wardrobe boxes. Both her parents Maria and Mike were going to miss her so much and told her to call when she can. "Keep in touch sweetie, we will miss you so much; maybe we can visit or facetime you; or you can come home and we can cook you a nice and delicious meal." Maria and Mike said. The movers got most of the stuff including boxes and wardrobe boxes into the moving truck. Leaving behind her quiet hometown in the Midwest, she packed her bags and moved to the bustling city of Chicago, ready to start her culinary journey.
