Shoto was at his internship at his father's agency, Fuyumi also at work, and Nastuo at College. Kestu was left home alone, with nothing but a single maid to keep her company. But the maid could care less for the little girl, avoiding her at all costs.

So alone and hungry, and of course neglected and lonely, decided to sneak out. She went to her room and put on a black turtleneck, going to Shoto's, and borrowing one of his hoodies, which was oversized on her, making her warm. She put on black leggings and snow boots, borrowing one of Nastuo's scarves, which was also oversized making her even warmer. She grabbed her phone, shoved it into her pocket, and ran out the door, he head of the hoodie over her head and the scarf wrapped perfectly.

She carefully walked around the snowy busy city. Slightly shivering due to not wearing gloves, having forgotten to grab those as well, she sighed at herself. She was too deep though, she couldn't even get back to the house if she tried.

She got a lot of looks from the other adults who had been wondering why a little girl was alone.

The ground suddenly rumbled, and she ran around the corner to check it out. It was a Villain attack as she immediately recognized, she pushed through the crowd to get a first row of the fight against the Villain and Heroes.

To everyone's shock, All Might came from nowhere. Defeating the Villain with a single punch, as the Villain was being arrested All Might was waving to everyone, she felt his eyes land on her and saw him pause before he approached her.

He crouched down to her level, "Where are your parents, young one? Are you lost?"

She was going to shake her head but then hesitated, "I... think so. And Father's at work."

"So you snuck out? You're a Todoroki correct?" He asked me, she nodded. He hummed and reached to her but someone put their hands on each of her shoulders from behind, she looked down at one of them and notice part of this person's hand was burnt, it looked like her thigh.

"I apologize, I'm in charge of her. She ran off and I lost sight of her," A deep and raspy voice spoke, he bowed to All Might as he spoke.

"Hm, Endeavor hired you?" All Might stood up, hands on hips as he stared down at them.

"I'm a close family friend," The stranger replied, All Might stayed silent before replying, "Make sure to keep an eye on her, she's tiny and young, easy to snatch."

"Of course, thank you," The person pulled her into the crowd, gently dragging her where no one was and then pulling her into an alley where she was able to get a better look at them, sorta. Since the alley was a bit dark. She squinted her eyes to look up at a tall man with black spiky hair, burnt face and neck, and he also had blue eyes like hers. And a lot of piercings, she felt as if she knew him.

She tilted her head, "Who are you?"

He stayed silent, "Call me Dabi, what's your name, kid?"

"Kestueki Todoroki," She innocently admitted, not knowing this guy was a Villain, let alone her eldest sibling.

His eyes subtly widened before shaking his head, "Ever heard of anyone named Touya?" He asked, looking down at the little girl.

"Uhm... Father always said I reminded him of someone named Touya, from looks to quirk, even personality he says. I never saw a picture of this Touya though... All I know is that it's why Father hates me most of the time. He 's called me a demon because of it, a constant reminder of his failure as a Father, whatever that means..." The girl mumbled.

Dabu stayed quiet, staring down at the girl with an unreadable expression. He swallowed a lump in his throat, what if he told her? If she really was his younger sister, and if she really was being treated this way, then he wanted to take her in. And her knowing he was Touya would make that easier. She'd just have to keep a secret.

"What if I told you, that I'm Touya?" He asked, the girl stared at him in shock, "Erm... prove it," She mumbled. He did just that, putting his hand out and showing his blue flames as she stared in awe, she stuck out her hand and did the same move. He chuckled.

She smiled up at him, "Are you sure you're Touya? How should I know even after I know your quirk?" She tilted her head curiously.

He sighed, "I can explain things to you, if you want." She nodded curious.

"I'm your eldest sibling. I watched the other three be born, except you. I didn't meet you before the incident and I left. Shoto was just a baby. Anyway, I thrived for Father's acceptance, training hard each day to make him proud. And it was never enough, so one day, I over did it. And for the first time I made my fire blue, that's when I gained all of these scars. I was presumed dead, but in reality I was alive and free. But, if I had stayed, we would've met," He explained, she nodded, "How old are you?"

"23," He replied. The girl was hit with realization, that aligns perfectly to make sense. It was possible, "Huh... You're... actually Touya... Wait- Hold on, why do you have black hair?" She tilted her head.

Touya chuckled, "I dyed it so I wasn't caught, but on a more serious note, I can take you away from that monster if you'd like. You can stay with me," He offered, Kestueki stared at the ground for a few seconds before looking back up.

She nodded, "Okay..."

He patted her head and pulled the hood over her head again, as it had been taken down while leaving by the wind. "Need anything from the house?" He asked her, she thought before she replied, "Just clothes."

He nodded, leading her to the familiar house with the backstreets, he had visited the home several times, so he remembered the way.

They snuck in and packed a backpack of all her clothes, taking some shoes, hair brush, and a few other stuff she wanted to take. Then they snuck back out and he led her to a more emptier part of the city, helping her into an abandoned ware house and settling on the second floor which had a downlook on the first.

He placed her bag down next to his stuff and futon he had found, he turned to her, "I know it's not much, but it's better than living with that flaming trash."

The girl nodded in agreement, smiling and hugging him, "It's okay, Touya. I have you at least!"

He chuckled hugging her back and rubbing her head.

There was a hole in the roof, sure it probably caused problems while it rained but it was perfect to watch the sky in. And that's what they did, they sat on the futon, watching the sun set as Kestu leaned against her brother.

He felt a weight on his shoulder a little after the moon and stars had come out and he looked to see Kestu had fallen asleep. He smiled softly and laid her into the futon, tucking her in to make sure she was warm. He laid down on the cold metal floor, not minding it much as he watched his little sister sleep soundly.

Now, that was all that was important to him. She was first before himself now. And he had no problem with that.
