"Dabi! Look at what Himi did to my hair!" Kestu happily shouted as she ran to him, he looked towards her, "Himi?" He asked, she nodded, Dabi letting the girl settle on his lap, he slightly chuckled at the hairstyle.

"Himiko!" She replied with a happy smile, Toga came in, "That's me!"

"Ah, so you're using her first name?" Dabi glanced at his little sister, who nodded, "Do you like the style?" She asked.

"I like it," He replied, patting her head. He knew hours later he'd have to take it out but he didn't mind. As long as she was happy, and away from him. Which was something he'd been struggling with.

He wasn't sure if he was the right thing for Kestu, he's a villain after all. It could be the wrong influence for her. He was worried about her safety, he was afraid to leave her side for even a moment.

"Yay!" She cuddled into Dabi's chest, he chuckled again, rubbing her shoulder.

The next few hours passed by fast, the sun set and most in their metal beds. Kestu's was on the one next to Dabi, he had given her his jacket as a blanket, he was a tall man so it covered her tiny body perfectly.

But regardless of that, she couldn't sleep. Sitting up and placing her feet on the ground, before quietly making her way to Dabi's bed. She lightly shook his shoulder, he grunted, and yawned before opening his eyes.

Kestu kept the jacket wrapped around her shoulders, "Touya..." She ever so quietly whispered, "I can't sleep..."

The corners of his lips slightly lifted into a slight smile, amused as he opened his arms, "C'mere," He murmered back, his voice raspy and groggy.

She lightly smiled before plopping beside him, embracing him in a cuddle as he wrapped his warm arms around her. The two, even with each other, stayed awake.

"Hey, Kestu?" He whispered, she hummed and looked up with her curious blues, "How safe do you feel here, with me?"

She slightly frowned, confused he was asking such questions, her mind went to the fact he might not want her anymore. And that scared her, a lot, "Of course."

He smiled, pulling her closer, "Good, but what if we were seperated? Not on purpose of course."

"I'd do whatever to get back to you... Touya why are you asking this...?" She nervously asked him.

"No reason, just making sure," His expression wasn't visible to her, it was a contemplating face. Though he loved her half to death, and would do anything for her, he wouldn't be able to provide for her, without the bar and room warmth, they were now living in an abandoned building, barely food, and desperate. He mentally argued with himself, to give Kestu up to their Father, and to not and work harder to provide.

He sighed, "What if I made sure you were provided for? By, giving you away?" He forced himself to be honest with her, she was silent and confused. Extremely confused.

"I'd be sad... really sad..." She hugged him tighter, "Don't ever do that Touya... Please..." She silently begged, he slightly smiled and pat her head reassuringly, "I won't."

The two then fell asleep in each other's embrace, a certain red-eyed white-grey-ish hair had been listening in, 'Touya huh? Interesting...'
