Chapter 18 {Iron Menace}

Advent of Fairy Tail seems Unstopable as they Have taken a Giant lead and don't intend on stopping... but with Laxus, Gray and Shiro all out of Gas we they have 2 Healthy Members Left in Gajeel and Erza...

Erza's seem to have no issues what so ever as she is simply walking through the streets of Crocus... where as Gajeel is Met with Rogue... They don't Exchange any words as they get into action...

Much to rogue's displeasure however... Gajeel outclasses him in every single way... As the Shadow Dragon is Kneeling there... defeated sharing to Gajeel that he's admired him for a long time like in the original story untill... His shadow took control...

With Rouge's new power he attacked Gajeel and put him on the backfoot... He wasn't trying to knock him out... He was going for the Kill...  Gajeel knew something is up with Rogue and he knew he had to beat it out if him... but this new Rogue was actually... Stronger than him...

He garbbed the Iron Dragon by the neck and began to choke him... "No... You're not Worthy of being killed by my hand." Shadow Rogue said and tossed gajeel to the ground... "Disappear within Shadows instead you insect..." Gajeel's own shadow then began to devour him... "You're truly not as strong as Natsu Dragneel."

Those words... those have angered Gajeel to the point where he snapped...

"Not as strong as Salamander? I've tried to be nice to you by not hurting you too badly but it seems like you're asking to get Pummeled." As Gajeel then started to eat the Shadow... "If Salamander could do it then I sure as hell can do it too!"

Gajeel then fully devoured the Shadow that tried to eat him just a few moments ago and then there was Silence as gajeel began to get up...

"..... Hey kid.... about the earlier comment how you admired me....." Aa gajeel said those words his Hair rose and Shadows begin to surround him...

"That was a lie wasn't it... The truth was... You've feard me...... Allow me to remind you that Fear..." with this final line Gajeel's skin then turned to Iron and the Pupils in his Eyes Vanished... As on this day... The Iron Shadow Dragon Slayer was born...

Rogue then started to back off instinctivley... "Impossible! You shouldn't be able to do this!" He was then punched By gajeel smashed into the wall...

Gajeel wasn't done with him yet though... which caused Rogue to try and escape in the Shadows... however Gajeel followed him also as a shadow... The Iron Shadow Dragon began to 1 up his opponent by doing something even rogue couldn't think off... He pulled him out of the shadow and tossed him onto the ground...

As Rogue crashed he coughed up Blood and made an attempt to get up... however Gajeel stomped on his back forcing him back down... which angered the Corrupted Shadow Dragon as he released even more power to get Gajeel off of him...

"I'M DONE WITH YOUR NONSENSE!" Rogue yelled out as he released Shadow Dragon's Roar on gajeel who deflected it with Iron Dragon's Sword...

"GET REAL! YOU'RE NEVER BEATING ME WITH SOMETHING LIKE THAT!" Gajeel yelled as he used Iron Shadow Dragon's Club and landed a devastating hit onto rogues Gut and caused him to fall on his knees...

Gajeel then grabbed Rogue by the Hair and Threw him into the Air...

"Iron Shadow Dragon's... ROAAAAAR" The roar made a direct contact with Rogue and knocked him out... and as he fell on the ground the mysterious energy that took control of him vanished...

Worn out gajeel then dropped out of the form as he put all of his magic into the last attack he walked up to rogue and apologised to him as this was the only Way to get him back to his senses as he slowly regained the conciousness as himself again... and as the battle ended... Fairy Tail has earn another Point...

With only 2 Sabertooth members and 2 Mermaid heel members remaining Fairy Tail's Victory was almost guranteed... almost...
