Augusts point of view:

The night was long and cold I was waiting outside of my house because it was locked and my mom hadn't come home yet.
Poor mother I felt bad, not only does she have to work 3 jobs but she has to take care of me
Why did dad have to leave us?
What did he want from that woman why did he choose her over us it's not fair, ITS JUST NOT FAIR
Suddenly out of the shadows a tall figure stood before me
I tried to get a better view but it was just not working

"August what are you doing here all alone?"

I recognised the voice...
It was Dandy my boyfriend (we've been dating for 2 months already)

"My mom hadn't come home yet"
I replied shivering

Dandy:"You can't stay out here come on let's go"

After a long walk we got to his house it was a small apartment but meh doesn't matter

Dandy:"my parents are sleeping so let's be quiet"

He then led me to his room it was pretty cool didn't know he was into such... nah i don't know🤷‍♀️

We sat on his bed chatting about tests and stuff but then my eyes started to flutter.
He pulled me close and let me lay my head on his chest
All I remembered was that he was holding me close telling me to have sweet dreams
