~Third POV~

KABOOM! A large figure flies through the air, smoke trailing behind her. She crashes into a nearby building, causing the ground to shake. With a loud groan, her head slumps, unconscious.

The onlooking crowd cheers, turning their heads to celebrate the hero before them. A tall figure steps atop a pile of rubble, raising his left fist in the air. Plastered onto his face was a huge smile, eyebrows furrowed, forming an arrogant grin. Adorning his head was a ball of spiky blond hair, crimson eyes shining with confidence before the crowd in front of him.

The crowd's cheers grew wilder, and his smile widens. He lowers his left arm, which was encased in a gauntlet resembling a grenade. The same gauntlet encases his right arm, though it was chipped and burnt.

The heroes' wide shoulders prove a stark contrast to his slim waist, boasting a build that was strong yet athletic. The women in the crowd practically faint at the hero, cooing over his bare abdomen. During the fight, the villain had narrowly missed his mid-section, causing a part of his black skin-tight hero outfit to be torn off, revealing a set of well-toned abs.

The crowds' saviour steps down from the pile of rubble, laughing haughtily.

"Yeah, that's right! That's how Japan's soon-to-be number 1 hero deals with such villains! You guys better take note!" He announces with a deep and gruff voice.

Citizens run up to him, shoving anything in his face that they could find for him to autograph. He signs anything from a piece of office paper to a large chunk of asphalt during the fanfare. After a while, he grew restless, tired of the crowd before him. Good timing, as the police were just showing and arresting the villain that he had defeated.

"Alright, that's enough you extras! I've got places to be!" he calls, positioning his arms behind him as the closest people near him clear a space, already knowing what he was about to do.

The hero lets off a focussed blast, propelling himself up and away from the crowd. Right before they completely leave his sight, a final call can be heard from the citizens below.

"Thank you, Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight!"

The hero lands in a quiet alleyway, wiping sweat from his forehead. Out of the shadows, a frighteningly thin figure with a face framed with long blond bangs pats the young man on the back.

"Great work, Bakugou! Though it seems, once again, you've underestimated the villains power," the figure points to Bakugou's midriff. "That could've ended really badly."

Bakugou scoffs, rolling his intense red eyes. "Whatever, Toshinori. I defeated her, didn't I? That's all that matters?"

Toshinori shakes his head grimly.

"You remind me too much of myself when I was your age. It can be such a dangerous mindset to adopt, risking your life so carelessly," he lectures. Bakugou grunts, not bothering to respond to the elder's advice.

"Anyway, we need to get moving. We still have that meeting this afternoon with the hero agency, remember?"

Bakugou widens his eyes. "Shit, I completely forgot about that! Can you meet me there? I've just gotta stop by my place and change," Bakugou frets, moving his palms behind himself and blasting off without even bothering to wait for Toshinori's answer.

After blasting his way through the city for about 30mins, Bakugou lands on the balcony of a two story building amongst a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts. Wrenching the sliding glass door open, he stomps inside, slamming the door shut behind him.
