The sunlight was one of the most annoying thing in the world for you, rubbing your eyes as you sat up.

You groaned as you looked at your watch, 5:59 it read much to your annoyance. "God dang, why do I always wake up a minutes before 6:00"

Muttering a series of complaints you got up and went into your bathroom to get freshened up. You combed your hair before putting it in a neat ponytail.

Heading down stairs you called out to your elder brother "Oni-San, I'm ready! When are we gonna leave today?" His calm voice replied to you from the kitchen "Good,we can leave as soon as I'm done with this".

You leaned on the doorframe of the kitchen as you watched your brother looking for something.."What are you looking for?" You questioned after sometime. "I can't find the spare house keys, have you seen them?" You sighed as you pointed to a drawer next to the sofa "Third shelf, under my journal".

He nodded before removing the keys and handing them to you " What are these for?" You quirked a brow at him "I'm coming home late today so you won't be trapped outside" he said while patting your head.

The both of you walked to school holding hands as you hum a peaceful tune to yourself. But for you elder brother-Giyu Tomioka- it was like your mother singing to him. She had died at an accident when you were just 2 years old.

You sounded just like your mother and would've looked exactly like her if only you didn't have your h/c streaks.

Giyu steals a glance at you, a smile tugged on his face as he looks at your cheerful state, skipping about and humming a song. He missed you a lot ever since you went to live with your older sister. Tsutako. But finally you were with him again happy and healthy.

As the faint sight of Kimetsu Academy came to your sight, you exclaimed excitedly "Ne-San, hurry up! I can see it already!" He looked back up as you tried to run but failed as he was way stronger then you.

"Where?" He muttered "Were probably still 20 minutes away" he says as he gives you a sus look, you pout as you crossed your arms "I told you I have a good eye sight but you just won't believe me! Even Shino-Nee said it herself 'Y/n has a keen sense of sight make sure to take good care of them'" You say as you mimicked Shinobu writing on a notepad with quite a funny look.

"Okok sorry i totally didn't remember that, i mean do i ever remember what Shinobu says?" He said sarcasm dripping in his tone as you put a finger to your chin and nod. The both of you bursting out into laughter.

As the both of you reached you high school, you were extremely happy to see your friends waiting at the gate for you 'the kamaboko squad' you thought as you tapped on your brother's shoulder.

"Hm? Yes Y/n what's up?" He said as he glanced at you "My friends are waiting, is it ok if i go?" You asked and he chuckled before nodding and patting your head "Go Y/n you don't always have to ask me" You smile brightly "Thank you Nee-San have a good day" you bow as He placed a kiss on your forehead.
