The sun climbed steadily over the horizon, casting a golden glow across the island. What had once been promised as a vacation cruise had quickly shifted to a grueling special exam. The students of Class C found themselves in unfamiliar territory, facing a challenge that would test their endurance, wits, and teamwork.

Ayanokoji stood in front of his class, his expression calm and unreadable. The atmosphere was tense; the students were still wrapping their heads around the rules and strategies needed for the island special exam. Only the designated leader could occupy locations using a special keycard, and each occupied spot added points to their class tally.

"For us to win," Ayanokoji began, his voice steady, "we need to be aggressive. We'll target as many strategic locations as possible, and our goal is to gain points while keeping the other classes off-balance."

He looked over at Koenji, who stood leaning casually against a tree, his usual smug smile on his face. "Koenji," Ayanokoji said, locking eyes with him, "you'll be our leader."

The class murmured in surprise. Several students shot puzzled looks at Ayanokoji, wondering if this was some kind of joke. Koenji, on the other hand, chuckled, his eyes gleaming with amusement.

"Naturally, Ayanokoji-boy," Koenji replied, flipping his hair back in a dramatic gesture. "If you're putting your faith in me, then I suppose I shall entertain you with my brilliance." His tone was dripping with narcissism, as always.

The rest of the class looked uneasy. While Koenji was undeniably talented, his unpredictable behavior and lack of respect for anyone else often caused problems. Yet Ayanokoji seemed certain about his choice.

He continued, "Koenji will use the keycard to occupy spots across the island. This is a crucial part of our strategy—claiming multiple areas quickly to get a head start on points. We'll also rotate positions to keep the other classes guessing about our movements. They'll assume I'm the leader, but Koenji will be the one with the keycard."

Ayanokoji was intentionally misleading his classmates about the true nature of their plan. While the other students believed he was directing the strategy from the front, the real leader remained hidden in plain sight, carrying out the task with a flair that would distract and mislead the other classes.

As the day wore on, Koenji set out with the keycard, moving confidently from one location to the next. His flamboyant style made it look like he was enjoying a leisurely stroll rather than taking part in a competition. However, each time he reached a designated spot, he used the card to secure their points.

The other classes began to notice Class C's aggressive tactics and swift occupation of multiple spots. Suspicion grew, and whispers spread about who the real leader could be. Ayanokoji deliberately played into these suspicions, making sure he was seen frequently near strategic locations, giving the illusion that he was the one securing them.

However, the truth was that Koenji, with his usual air of self-importance, was the one leading the way. His unpredictable movements and unconventional approach served as a perfect cover, keeping both his classmates and the other classes in the dark about the true plan. Ayanokoji knew that Koenji's abilities and confidence would make him an excellent decoy while executing the real strategy.

Meanwhile, in another part of the island, Ryuuen was closely monitoring the situation. Although his recent defeat had made him lay low, he was far from giving up. His class wasn't aware of his comeback plan, but he had already started making moves behind the scenes. He had approached Katsuragi, the leader of Class A, with an offer for an alliance. If they could figure out who was really leading Class C and obtain their keycard, they could turn the tables.

Unbeknownst to them, Ayanokoji anticipated such a counterattack. By placing Koenji in the lead and making it appear that he himself was the leader, he created a layer of misdirection. The other classes would be chasing shadows while Class C continued to rack up points.

As the sun set on the first day, Ayanokoji reviewed their progress. The plan was working perfectly so far, with multiple spots secured and points accumulating. The other classes were reacting exactly as he had expected—cautiously, without a clear understanding of what Class C was really up to.

Only Koenji knew the full details, and even he found the game entertaining enough to cooperate. For now, the truth about who held the keycard and who was truly guiding the strategy remained a mystery.

But on this island, nothing was certain, and the real challenges were just beginning. Ayanokoji had no intention of letting his guard down, not with Ryuuen lurking in the shadows and Katsuragi possibly joining forces with him.
