ALAINA'S POV
I am so pissed right now. I swear I will break someone's head and that someone is probably gonna be Avyaan.
I was in my thoughts when the door opened and Avyaan came in. Ughh speak of the devil. I was just thinking about him. Oh no he is gonna live for hundred years. I feel sad that earth will have to bear his weight for hundred years.
He came in front of me and kneeled. Oh my god why does everyone kneel in front of me. I'm not that short. It's just that they had to much of bornvita in their childhood.
He then held his ears and said "I'm sorry. Please forgive me, I'll never do that again"
"Nope" I said and turned away from him
"Please I was just angry" he said
"People usually speak whats in their mind when they are angry" I said
"No I swear I don't think of you like that. It was in the heat of the moment. You spoke to dad a bit rudely and I just lost it" he said
"Have you ever seen how you have spoken to me in past. I have never lost it with you. And for the record, I was not being rude. I was just stating facts. Not my problem if you are too sensitive" I said and he sighed
"I know I'm sorry for everything. Please forgive me" he said
"On what basis should I forgive you?" I questioned
"Umm trust. Trust me that I'll never do that again" he said
"Trust and you. I'd prefer death over trusting you" I scoffed
"Alaina don't speak about yourself like that" he said
"You can speak about me however you want but I can't. Remember you once told me that if I was not there your aunt aka my mom would be alive right. Didn't you want me to die a while ago" I said
"I did not mean it. It was just that aunt has always been a mother figure to me and I was very upset and angered when she died" he said
"Again. People speak their mind when they are angry. And it does not matter if you meant it or not, it still hurt me even if you didn't mean it. You felt grief, understandable but you still had so many people to stand by you, take care of you and hold you while you were sad but I had no one to rely on. And I'm not saying this to gain sympathy. I'm just stating your past actions and that they are not forgivable" I said
"I'll try my best to make it up to you. I promise" he said
"We will see" I said. He then got up and left. Good riddance. I then decided to complete a series I started long ago.
(One hour later)
I heard someone knock on door. Ugh who is it now
"I don't wish to talk to anyone so you may use your legs and walk back to where you came from" I said. But looks like the person did not have any self respect so came in despite being dismissed. And that person was non other than my father dearest.
"What do you want now?" I questioned
"Dinner" he said
"Does my room look like a hotel to you" I said
"I mean come down for dinner" he said
"I'm not interested" I said
"You have to eat" he said
"I'll eat later" I said
"You have to take your meds. Don't be irresponsible towards your health" he said
"I have been taking care of myself since forever so you don't need to worry about me or my health" I said "and don't even think about forcing me to come. I swear you'll see the worst of me if you do so" I added. He just sighed and left. I just continued with my series
(At 11pm)
I kinda am hungry right now and I have to take meds too. I assume everyone is done eating and probably in their rooms right now so I'll go down.
I went down and saw that all of them were in the living room. Ughh. I just ignored them and went to the kitchen.
"Let's eat" father said and I looked at home with a questioning gaze
"None of us ate. We wanted to eat with you" he said
AARAV'S POV
I went down and sat at the table.
"She said she won't eat now. You guys eat I'll eat with her" I said
"I'm also full. I'll eat with you both" said Ahaan
"Me too" said Arhaan and the triplets
"I will also eat with you guys" said Aarsh and dad. I sighed and nodded
"Ahaan give her phone to me. I'll put a tracker on it. And also I want you all to fix trackers in her jewellery and all her shoes" I said pointing at the boys
"How do we do that? She will have our head if she finds out" said Aarvik
"That's your problem then. Figure it out. It's your punishment to cause her trouble" I said and they nodded
We all then sat down in the living room. Dad, Aarsh and I were doing some work and the boys were figuring out the tracker situation.
Soon Alaina came down. She saw us but ignored and went to the kitchen. I went behind her and asked her to eat but she gave me a questioning gaze and then I told her non of us had eaten.
"I'll eat in my room" she said
"Please eat with us" I said. She sighed and nodded.
We all sat down at the table with our plates. Alaina quickly ate and got up to leave but i stopped her.
"Your phone is one the centre table. Go take it" I said and she nodded then left
We soon finished, cleaned up and led to our rooms
(Sometime at midnight)
I got up to gun shots. Fuck. I quickly took my gun and went towards the door. I peeked and saw the way was clear which means they are still down. I quickly ran to Alaina's room and saw the others there. Alaina was shaking pretty badly in Aaryans
Arms . Shit she will get sick.
"Aaryan stay with Alaina. You four will stay on this floor and Aarsh, dad and I will go down" I said and they said yes
We went down and saw all there were many. We all took different positions and started shooting. Soon enough all of them dead. We all went upstairs to Alaina's room. She was crying and shivering badly.
"We have to leave. It's not safe here" I said
"I have called back up and they will arrive any minute now" Aarsh said
I took Alaina from Aaryans arms and picked her up. We all then went and got into different cars I sat at the back with Alaina in my lap while Avyaan was in the driving seat along with Arhaan beside him and Aarsh was at the back with me.
"Shhh. Calm down, it's over now" I said in a soft voice but she was still shaking
"Try to match my breathing" I said while keeping her head on my heart. She soon calmed down and slept
"I have called the jet. We are going back to Bombay." Said Aarsh and I nodded as I hugged Alaina close to me.
