Chapter 9 : Tempering with Sacred Gear's and God's System

1 whole day after my 'clothing' incident with Gabriel has passed.

And now as you can guess, I'm back on Seventh Heaven, sitting at my throne currently and taking a thinking pose. 

In short I'm very worried and bit paranoid on what actions to take, and I MUST take some of them.

First obvious would be my status as sole and supreme ruler of heaven, which is a bit problematic right now. As far as I learned from Michael, death of the God of The Bible was kept a secret, only people aware of His death would be Ten Seraphs, Four Great Satans and Cadres of the Grigori.

Yes, Ten Seraphs had to lie to their kind that 'Father' disappeared. Which frankly was not that much of a lie in the context of what happened. They were pained that they had to, but again they had no choice because even when Michael put Heaven on lockdown, Angels still managed to fall but they were imprisoned on Second Heaven which acts as prison for Fallen Angels, to keep the secret as best as possible.

I sighed.

When I walked into Heaven two days ago, my presence practically alarmed them all of my power, so they obviously thought I was Him.

But Michael managed to use Talk no Jutsu and claimed I was reincarnation of his Father and had been accepted as ruler of Heaven by Throne of Heaven. Which is a high testament of validity already, no one, even Michael besides of his Father can sit on the Throne. So that small gesture getting streamed all  over the Heavens squished any  doubts they had.

'And practically in their eyes, I'm now their Mother, and they refuse to call me something aside from Mother and Lady Celestia. Which is obviously getting on my nerves.' I thought as I remembered how even Ten Seraphs refused nothing else aside from Lady Celestia or Mother to call me too.

But let's return to certainly more important matters. For example, steps I need to make to get Heaven back in top shape for another Great War and to deal with threats of Devils specifically.

Heaven is currently in the worst form between the Three Factions.

Beside not having even 10% of it's population rise compared to Devil race's, not having quality over quality too if compared against Devils.

Yes, Heaven has advantage over Devils and Fallen Angels due to Holy-Light Magic. Yes, Heaven has most Satan/Seraph-Class beings, yes Heaven has most influence on Earth compared to all pantheons, yes Heaven has Church too.

But! Difference between Super Devil and Satan/Seraph-Class is huge. One Super Devil equals to Several Satan-Class devils and Super Devil would still win with mortal wounds but it would still win nonetheless.  And Church? Church is not strong enough to do much beside being fodders! Strongest exorcists are High-Class with some being Ultimate-Class and that's all, average exorcists are bellow Low-Class, and numerous are Low-Class. Not even worthy mentioning!

And Grigori? Grigori has Azazel, a Fallen Seraph-Class Angel and Cadres who are Ultimate-Classes and close to Seraph-Class themselves, one such example would be Shemhazai and Baraqiel.  

And let's not forget Evil Pieces! Outrageous things.  That simple system made Devil Faction not only Strongest out of the three but also the one with most population.

In short, Heaven is in deep trouble right now.  The only reason that His death has been kept as secret is to stop other factions trying to take advantage and attack not only heaven but all three of them.
