THE WHISPER

The start

I woke up  with a throbbing migraine, my parents were yelling again.
I sigh and looked around my room to make sure they weren't in here.
I sat up and ruffled my hair, SWISH!!!, I look frantically to my right side..
I felt wind and something watching me.. maybe I'm just paranoid.?..
..I think I'm going insane. I got up and opened my drawer grabbing my hairbrush and started brushing my hair..
"Hi! I'm Madelyn. Im 14 years old, I have a little brother and he's annoying, I got two parents.. let's say they aren't the best parents but tbh I'd choose my mom against my dad even though she's mentally abusive, she always yells at me over the smallest stuff, sometimes doesn't talk to me as a punishment and she'd murder me if she knew I don't brush my hair often, but that's just due to depression and stuff, she always sides with dad or my little brother.. and my dad always hurts my mom, he's always yelling at us, blaming us for ruining his life. He's just alcoholic, tbh sometimes he doesn't yell at me cause he knows I'm sensitive, he's not that harsh on me but he's a bit annoying , so I don't have anyone. But I do have some people I love and that keeps me from suiciding! Meet my friends!! Alice, Dylan (I have a crush on him >:3) and a few online friends, so I love playing guitars! Love playing pianos. I love listening to metal and calming music like ALEX G and TV GIRL and MITSKI! And now we're going to talk about school, there's a girl in my class I hate so much. Her names is Rihana, she's selfish, stupid, rude, a bully and she's such a f@$king pick me!

Well now that I finished styling my hair. I guess it's time for school, I'm done with school god."

My mom was driving to school when suddenly
"Madelyn?"
.."hm.?"
"Are u doing good in school?"
..."yes."
"I'm going to take away everything u have if I found out ur getting bad grades."

I sometimes get bad grades and good ones, I'm Improving. But.. my mom.. doesn't really see that. I got a 3/5 and she said I could have gotten better.

I hop out of the car and sigh getting mentally ready for school, another
Sh!tty day to school, I enter class and see this b!t€h (Rihanna) literally sitting in my seat
"You're welcome."
I said sarcastically and she glares at me and went to her seat
I sat and got ready for biology class, about 15 minutes in I feel something tapping my shoulder, I look beside me and saw the curtain, I sigh and move a bit away, when I felt it again I huff and scratch my shoulder since I hated physical touch (I don't really I just got annoyed) when suddenly I felt the curtains metal part slam into my face, I exclaim and push against the wall, my face nose had a scratch, I rub it and look behind me THAT r THIS M0TH3R FU€K3R RIHANNA SLAMMED IT AGAINST MY FACE
"Rihanna can u stop please?"
"No I like seeing u get annoying"
"Rihanna"
"Madelyn"
I sigh in defeat and continued listening to the lesson when she threw a note at me, I huffed and opened it
"Nerd!"
I look at it annoyed and wrote back
Then threw it at her, she scoffed offended and whispered
"U took it too far!"
I snicker
It said "ATLEAST I care for my education unlike some people🫵"
Later on we had to get into a project so I sat with my friends, Alice and Dylan, I sat next to them and we started on the project, everytime I glance at Dylan I just feel something in my chest fluttering AHHH HES JUST SO ADORABLE
"What r u guys doing so far?"
Miss Apple asked
"So Madelyn  is doing the sketch because she sketches a lot! And Dylan is writing the essay and I'm making the video!"
Alice said so confidently.. I wish I had her confidence, anywho!
The teacher nodded in approval and went away
I then look at Dylan and my face flushed with redness
"Maddie u okay?"
THE NICKNAME HE GAVE ME AHHHWHABHEBE...
"Y-yeah I'm fine I'm fine...."
"OoOoOoOo~ some fine couple is here"
Alice teased and I exclaim
"HEY! DONT- I- DONT LIKE HIM!!"
Alice teased again "reallyyy?"
Dylan was red too and we both were flustered, later on we finished the project and we presented it and I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed so when it came to my turn I paused and didn't know what to say
"U-um..t-the man in the story.. h-he halluci.. hallu"
"Say it already! Hallucinating!"
Rihanna teased and I huffed in embarrassment
"The man in the story hallucinated because he had?"
Dylan helped me and I smile gaining a bit confidence..
"He had mental issues so he- he had the urge to murder.."
"His lover!"
Dylan helped me again and I was relieved

After school I went in the car and my mom was mad
"Madelyn."
No hi.. just my name..
"Yes."
"R u a failure?"
"N-"
"You are."
"..."
"Care to explain why u kept stuttering in ur presentation?!, are u a w#ss?!"
I went quiet not wanting to reply to cause a fight..
"Great stay quiet like u did in the presentation"
"How do you kn-"
"Ur teacher contacted me, you better learn how to present without being scared! I'm so embarrassed from you."
I tear up..this isn't fair.
