So... I've mentioned this a gazillion times. I'll mention this again. I wrote this fanfiction about 3-4 years ago. I felt like uploading this 'cause I thought it was a shame to leave it among the dozens of incomplete fanfictions I have in my files.
The thing is... I hit a huge writer's block, and I am stuck, even now.
It took me three years to realize what exactly the cause of the writer's block was...
It's the second last member of the Octagram.
The role was initially Leon's. Leon was Izuku's dad and (LN Spoilers ahead) just like how he was too protective of Chloe in the LN, he was overprotective of Izuku and secretly formed a whole mafia for his protection. I hated this idea.
After that, I considered All Might for the role. Unfortunately, his personality doesn't really suit my image for the Octagram members. Each member has a twisted personality. They act all normal in front of Izuku, but when anyone else tries talking to them... well... they turn out to be psychopaths, especially when the topic concerns Izuku.
Then I finally decided to give this role to Hawks. And after four years, I've finally realized that the Bird Man is exactly the reason for my writer's block.
I only have two more chapters in store, unless you guys can provide a 7th member for me. The 8th member has already been decided, and so is the plot after that.
I really love this fanfiction, and even I wish this doesn't go into a hiatus.
So please... lend me a favour.
Please suggest names of random Mha or Tensura characters, and if possible, elaborate on how they encountered Izuku.
I'd prefer it to be a male from Mha since the Mha and Tensura ratio for the Octagram is already 2:5 (the final member is from Tensura), but this is not a constraint. It'll be fine even if the character is from Tensura.
I've ruled out a couple of characters:
-No LOV or Meta Liberation Army members
-No more oni
-Leon, Hawks and All Might are out of the question
-Tsukauchi, Sansa and Shishi have a professional relationship with Izuku
-No spirits (I forgot to mention it, but Ifrit is also a member of Octagram. He'll come in the next two chapters)
So far, I've considered Guy and Moss, but they're both from Tensura and I can't come up with a satisfactory encounter between either of them and Izuku.
Should I reconsider the all male Octagram and add Testarossa, Carrera or Ultima? Or maybe some other female?
