Time, like a thief, has stolen days,
When we laughed, shared, and found our way.
You were once the center of my world,
But now you're living, while I’m curled—
In memories that cling, though time moves on,
I’m here, alone, but you are gone. You’ve found new faces, new voices to hear,
While I’m stuck in the echoes of yesteryear.
I wonder if you remember at all,
The times we stood strong, the times we’d fall. Now I’m just a ghost in your distant past,
A fleeting moment that couldn’t last.
And though you’ve moved to brighter days,
I’m still lost in the shadowed haze—
Of what we were, and what we’ll never be,
You’ve forgotten us, but I can’t break free.So here I stand, a chapter closed,
Watching as your life unfolds.
And though I’m just a memory to you,
To me, the bond we had is still true. But I’ll remain silent, let time have its way,
As you find joy, and I slowly fade away.
