One night in November 1975, Billy Thompson lay on his back atop the familiar hill in the Chihuahuan Desert, gazing up at the stars as he had done so many times before. The cool desert air wrapped around him, whispering through the sagebrush, while the distant howl of a coyote occasionally broke the night's silence.Billy had been doing this for years, finding solace and inspiration under the vast, starry sky. On this particular night, however, the weather began to change unexpectedly. Dark, heavy clouds rolled in, obscuring the stars and bringing with them the faint rumble of thunder. Billy shivered as the temperature dropped, the once calm night air now charged with static.Raindrops started to fall, their rhythm tapping against his telescope. Billy, undeterred, continued to peer upwards, his curiosity piqued by the brewing storm. Suddenly, a brilliant flash of lightning lit up the sky, revealing two strange, shimmering objects high above him.Heart pounding, Billy jumped to his feet, barely able to believe what he was seeing. The two objects, almost like metallic discs, hovered ominously, silhouetted against the stormy backdrop. Another flash of lightning struck, illuminating the scene with a blinding light. The objects appeared to be moving erratically, seemingly out of control.Billy ran to his telescope, his hands shaking as he adjusted the lens to focus on the mysterious objects. Just as he locked onto them, another bolt of lightning struck the sky, this time hitting one of the objects directly. Sparks flew as the electrical charge seemed to dance between the two discs, causing them to wobble and veer towards each other. With a deafening crash, the objects collided mid-air before plummeting towards the desert floor in a fiery descent. Billy watched in stunned silence as the wreckage disappeared behind a distant hill. Instinctively, he knew he couldn't just stand there.Billy arrived at the crash site and got out of his car, astonished to see what he had dreamed about, read about, and imagined, now just a few feet away from him. The rain started pouring down as Billy began making his way, leaving trails in the wet sand. He inspected the first craft and was amazed to see a creature inside. The creature had a big head with large eyes but no nose and looked white. Billy poked its arm, which was so skinny that he could lift it with one finger, but the creature didn't move—it looked dead. Intrigued, Billy inspected the inside of the flying disc. It didn't have a wheel or a cockpit like regular aircraft. Symbols were written all over it, and Billy recognized them instantly as being from the Kemet era, the time of the ancient Egyptians.Billy then shifted his attention to the second flying disc, carefully making his way over. This craft seemed to be in better shape. He looked at the cockpit and saw a similar creature, but this one was a mix of white and green. Its arms looked similar to human hands, and it had a small nose and two large eyes. It also had a big head. Billy started poking it to check if it was breathing, and to his surprise, the creature moved its hand slowly, pulling a small watch out of the cockpit and handing it to Billy. As the creature's eyes closed slowly, Billy took the watch.he slowly moved away, got back in his Jeep, and drove away to his apartment. His brain was a mess, unable to comprehend what had just happened, but he knew one thing: this night would change his life forever. Feeling as if he were in a dream, Billy got home and fell asleep instantly.
