The two met in kindergarten while being dropped off by their moms.
Since then, they have been inseparable. Despite the two year difference.
It wasn't even a problem when Larry went to school first. They just met up after having play dates at each other's Apartments and just enjoying time.
Early on, Elenora shared her interactions with the ghosts in the house. Larry tho didn't want to believe her because he was scared.
When they were 13 and 11, they played around with some firecrackers, despite Larry's parents asking them to wait for them.
Everything was good until Larry threw a Firecracker into Mrs. Sandersons window, killing her Rabbit.
In that moment, a flash of Grey was seen by the kids and the Red eyed demon now in front of them. Elenora, who was already familiar with it, tried to shield Larry as good as possible, ignoring her own fear.
Since that everything went downhill.
The girl Lisa was pregnant with was stillborn. John disappeared. Lisa didn't talk or eat.
And then they needed to get away for a while. So, the Johnsons left to live with Larry's grandmother for a while.
Elenora was now alone. But not really. She had her friend Megan.
A little ghost girl on the 5th floor. They hung out every day in the bathroom of 504, and every time, as soon as the Red eyed demon appeared, Megan went silent.
Two years gone by, and the Johnsons returned.
Both of the kids now teenagers and much quieter now.
They needed to talk a lot about the last two years.Elenora just told him about how she was hanging out with Megan and doing school stuff all the time, and Larry told her about his feeling that he's cursed.
Because of two years of absence, Larry got held behind, but he was happy about it cause now he and Elenora are in the same class.
They hung out every day, like when they were kids, only now they would do homework, play video games, and listen to music.
