QUOTE'S POV

"Okay, listen.  Sue has been missing for nine days, and I haven't found a single clue as to where she is."

I just nodded.

"Are you even listening?"

I nodded again.

"Really?"

I nodded once more.

She looked annoyingly at me.

I tried not to laugh.

After the dramatic scene where she asked my about Sue in the woods, she had escorted me to her house.  Then, Kazuma almost screamed when he saw me in his living room,(apperently he's scared of robots.) Momorin finally had an actual talk with me.  But she did most of the talking.

Okay, full disclosure.

She did all the talking. I decided to try going silent again, at least, for a while.  It's gone smoothly so far.  I wonder what Curly would think of it though...

CURLY'S POV

Last night, I had a nightmare about the island.  Well, the room where me and Quote first fought The Core.

We had almost defeated it, when it suddenly lashed out with giant spheres of energy, aimed right at Quote.  I watch him scream as he ripped apart, wires and circuts scattering.  I tried to run towards him, but my feet were stuck.

I woke up in a cold sweat, and well, here we are.

"You okay?  You were... writhing in your bed."  I heard Sue ask quietly.

"Just a nightmare.  I'm okay."  I replied.

"Are you?  Because this is the fifth night in a row where you had nightmares about Quote."

I wasn't really sure, actually.

SUE'S POV

I was really- no.  Incredibly worried about Curly.  She was having nightmares, in the day she would wander aimlessly around the village, she even slept in.  Till Two p.m.!  She usually gets up at, like, six.(a.m.)

"Hey, want to do something crazy?"  I heard Curly say from across the room.

"...Yeah.  Sure.  Why not?"  I whispered.

"Come on, let's go." She said as she got out of bed, grabbing her Machine Gun and Nemisis.

This would be interesting.

Hey!  Sorry for the delay... again.  I lost track of the days, since I was playing this really fun Wii U game called "Affordable Space Adventures"  It has a surprisingly sad story.  Anyway, DramaticPineapple, out!
