Lila and her Mother now grieve. That is, until the funeral takes place.
She thought it was just going to be a place for tears, not love. Sorrow, not laughs. And grieving, not flirting.
But when Lila arrives at the funeral, lonely and depressed, she meets Chase - a cute, brown-haired boy. Well, actually he is the unofficial funeral-crasher.

prologue idea
Beep.
And, then it continued. It didn't stop.
Paramedics immeadiatly rushed in, quickly performing CPR.
My vision went blurry, and I rushed out into the waiting room where I found my mum asleep.
We had been here since 7pm, when the accident occured. We lost my sister already. She was killed instantly.
My Father, though, we had hope for.
Until now.
Even from the waiting room, I could hear all the stressed calls from the ICU. It was the worst thing to hear.
I was never going to see him again.
Ever.
And just like that, my world came tumbling down.
