7 ~ Lily & Noah

As Lily and I slowly walked towards my house, Marcus rushed up behind me and kicked over my crutches. As I was flailing my hands about to fall over he picked me up and ran me over to the front gate. Punching him, I asked "what was that for?". He stared at me with a goofy grin on his face "Rose, why is the cute new girl walking towards our house with you?". "Lily Blackers is coming over for a snack" I answered, quizically he said "but she is so pretty and smart why would she hang out with you?", growling I replied "actually she is coming over cause I think we have more in common than looks and brains, she has a twin brother who probably isnt as much a jerk like you!". As I hobbled away he called out "Rosey I didnt mean it like that!". I didnt care anymore as I reached Lily. "Sorry anout that, it was brother Marcus being a jerk". She giggled and told me her brother would do the same, except instead of picking her up he would let her fall. Laughing all the way up the path we opened the front door to the smell of something burning. Screaming I tried to run in till I realised the house wasn't on fire it was just some toast that my dad left on. Lily helped me open all the windows to let the smoke out. After waving all the smoke out we sat down at the kitchen bar. "So" Lily asked "what does it feel like to be the principal's daughter?". We kept talking about school, parents and twin brothers. It was a really fun hour. At exactly 5:00pm we heard a knock at the door. I hopped over an slowly opened the door. A guy a bit taller than me {which is a surprise cause most guys are way taller than me}. "Hi" he said staring right into my eyes "I was told my sister Lily is here? By the way my name is Noah". I replied "hi Noah, im Rose. Yes Lily is here ill get her for you" I was really surprised. Marcus and I look quite similar. We both have blonde hair, blue eyes and are quite short. Lily and her brother Noah look nothing alike, she has strait crimson coloured hair and he has dark brown strait hair, she has emerald green eyes and he has dark hazel eyes, she is quite tall and he is surprisingly short. It was strange to see them together. No-one could tell that they are twins let alone siblings. As I watched Lily and Noah walk down the road I saw him pull her across into the boys border wing. I know its none of my business but I had to find out. I creep up towards the door to the boys wing but just before I could open the door Lily rushes looking flushed. "Rose" she scream whispers as she pulled me towards the door...
