lesyeuxdesofya 2022 olympic champion, a back to back olympic champion. those words sounds so surreal to me.
i can't begain to explain how grateful i am to not only skate on the olympic ice again let alone win. i want to thank my coaches polina morozova, sergei dmitriev, and viktor ivanov for coaching and creating such amazing choreographies for me to skate. the skater i am today is because of you all three.
with 3 olympic gold medals, one silver, 5 world championship titles, 6 european titles, 4 grand prix final title and 8 national titles, i am so content and grateful to announce the end of my competitive career. olympic was the last time i skated competitively with my program anna karenina. a program that i will always remember.
thank you so much to my coaches, choreographers, fans, and everyone. i'll look forward to my life off ice now ❤️❤️❤️.
