Harry Coumnas, a pioneer in the field of astronomy, enjoys drinking at the Space Station and traveling at super speeds in spacecraft. After compiling his findings from orbit, he spends lengthy hours conducting study while on a mission. In addition, he helps with payload operations, plans crew activities and experiments, and keeps food and supplies in good condition.

In his previous role as a planetary protection officer, he helped with the creation of sterile spacecraft, the planning of strategies to safeguard Earth against returned alien samples, and the creation and implementation of space policy.
