"Can El and I go for a date at midnightt? We will be back before 1" said Kevin.

Lady Rosline nodded.

"Before 1'o clock!" reminded Lord Wyatt.

So, on Saturday after dinner, they got dressed.

"Have you thought of a wish?" Asked El.

"Yes." said Kevin. "you?"

"My wish has come true," said El. "I am no longer a secret, Just like Cinderella from a fairy tale."

"I am not a prince," said Kevin.

El approached him and kissed him."No, even better. A prince would be busy with politics. Once you get used to your life at court, you will have time for me."

"Plenty of it," said Kevin kissing her back.

They headed to the carriage and rode to the Holy Rock, on their way they stopped by a market and bought a bunny. Lucky for them it wasn't that rocky around the Holy Rock, so they rode in the carriage, when they got out, Ryeely and his friends Josh and Daisy were waiting for them.

"Hello!" said Daisy. "You might not remember us, but we met a few months ago at Sofia's place."

"Of course!" said El.

"Have you thought of a wish?"

"Actually my husband has."

Ryeely had set the rabbit on the rock and casted a spell just by whispering some words. certainly there was fire. And the air felt different.

"Say your wish!" said Ryeely

"I wish my colleagues would be nice to me, " said Kevin. And the court life to be easier."

Certainly, the fire ceased and the rabbit disappeared.

Ryeely smiled.

On Monday after the meeting, Kevin was organizing his notes, when Karlo approached him and handed him a cup of coffee.

"I know I've been harsh to you ." said Karlo . "but it was for your good. Court life is tough."

His wish was coming true.

"Thank you," said Kevin taking the cup.

"Also, Oliver is meeting his fiance tonight," said Karlo. "We won't have dinner together tonight."

Kevin nodded.

In the evening, Kevin returned home and told El what happened.

"So the wish came true."

"Which god did Ryeely pray to?" asked Kevin.

El shoock her head

Still suspicious

"We need to look for more," said Kevin.

"I don't want to trouble you."

"You are not," said Kevin. He kissed her softly on her lips and she blushed. It felt comfortable and cozy to be with her, maybe it was love? Maybe he wouldn't be looking for this rock stuff if he didn't love her?! Maybe? Maybe not?

He went to bed early that night.

It was getting chilly, the leaves were colored, and everybody was busy. For the first time, El wasn't shifting the floor nor harvesting fruits and mill, instead, she watched Lady Rosline supervising it. Lady Rosline prepared for the harvest by reading reports on the farm. She taught El calculating spells and how to use an abacus.
