(Y/N) woke up to the cold side of the bed when she rolled off the pillow. She tumbled down and landed somehow under the covers. Her head peeked out from under the covers to see no one in the room. "Yata?" she asked.
No reply.
"Yata?!"
Then the bathroom door opened, "Yeah what?" he asked, popping his head out the door frame.
The small cat looked over at him, "I was just wondering where you were," she spoke shyly.
Then he blushed, "Oh w-well now y-you know where," he stuttered then quickly backed up into the bathroom to finish brushing his hair.
She hopped off the bed then, Poof, she turned into her human self. Her shirt was off of one shoulder and her hair was bit of the bed head case. Small pieces of silver were sticking up from her hair. She looked at Yata who was in the bathroom, dressed in a red v neck shirt and the shorts from the day before. His beanie was on his head now, only small tuffs of hair was visible. He looked over at the girl and blushed. He's not even used to her or girls in general.
"You're red, Yata. Are you sick?" she asked, going into the bathroom with him.
"N-no! Allergies!" he said too quickly.
She tilted her head at him and nodded in understanding. Then she looked at herself in the mirror and was a bit awestruck. She knows what she looks like a cat, she walks by mirrors and windows almost all the time but not as a human. She just turned into her human form yesterday! In the mirror she saw how long her hair was, it was about waist length with chin length choppy bangs on both sides to frame her face. Her (e/c) eyes were fairly big but not too big. She has a light natural blush and she saw the height she was compared to Yata.
"Hey, you okay?" Yata asked, nudging her.
She looked at Yata, surprised but then looked at herself in the mirror once more, "I have never seen myself like this before. I have only seen myself as a cat. But I personally like the look of a cat better, it's much cuter," she stated, using her hand to brush down the hair that was sticking up.
"I-I... y-yeah," he stuttered then left the bathroom in a flustered mess. She looked at him strangely but then herself to see if she looked okay. Once she fixed everything that she was unhappy with, she went into the bedroom again. Yata was sitting on the bed, waiting for her, "Are you ready?" he asked.
"Yep!" she exclaimed then poof, she had gone back into her small cat form. She looked up at Yata and meowed, "See, I'm cuter this way."
"Y-yeah sure," he said, rubbing the back of his neck, "Where am I supposed to put you?" he asked. The cat stayed silent, gazing at the spots of where she could hide again. Beanie? No. Shirt? No. Shorts pocket? Maybe. She walked up to him and pawed at the pocket. "The pocket?" he asked as she meowed in reply. He grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and placed her in his pocket, "Is that okay?" he asked, removing his hand then walked over and picked up his skateboard.
She popped out her head of his pocket, "It will have to do."
"Well, keep your head tucked in okay?"
"But it's stuffy!" she whined.
He groaned and went out the door to the downstairs of the bar area. There, Mikoto, Anna, Totsuka, Mr. Kusanagi and some of the others were up and were all having brunch and also talking with one another. Yata took a deep breath before meeting up with everyone. Everyone greeted him and didn't suspect the cat stowed away in his pocket expect Anna who sensed a different aura in the room but couldn't figure out whose it was. To the little Strain, it was invisible to her. She couldn't tell why she can't see it but it was there.
