she answered. she said yes. she is mine now. forever and ever. she loves me too. she is my priority. my crush is the love of my world now. however, i should have come back to my country. i should ask my parents permission to get her in my life. the next day after i came back, i visited them. the whole house was covered with differen types of flowers. my mom loves them. a while ago, she told me to find the girl in my dreams who can make me happy, who can make me comfortable around her. i rushed to tell her that i had found the love of my life.
-Maa, Maa. i am here. -i rushed inside the mansion- didi, where is Maa?
-she is in the garden. your father brought some new sorts of flowers and she has been busy since morning.
- thanks, didi. - the garden was her safe place , the second one after my father . she enjoys her children in the forest she created. -maa, i came back.
-ahh, my baby is back. come and hug mama-she made me welcomed with her warm hug like our old times.
-mamaa, i missed you.
-in just five days? oh my baby.
-maa? i have something to tell you.
-let's go to the table. we will talk there whatever it is.
my mom is the most beautiful in the world. she has never said no to anything in my whole life. as i am an only child, my every single wish was set in front of me before i had asked even though we were not that well off. basically, i am the spoiled child but brought up with strong dignity and honesty. so i can convince my family to accept her in our sweet home.
-so, Arun? what is it?- she took a sip of her coffee- i hope it is a good thing.- unlike other indian households, ours are more peaceful and open-minded. so i guessed maybe they would understand the situation.
- mum, i ...i love someone and i need to get married- mom chocked on her coffee.
-why so sudden? did you do something unforgivable?
-no. no. never mum. it is just i have had a crush on her since long so why wasting time?
-name?
-Bella
-not a nickname but name ?
-it is Bella.
-she is foreigner?
-yeah.
-age
-27
-what? are you crazy? did you lose your mind? where did you find her? why her? plus she is not indian. she doesn't know anything about our culture.
-but mum, she can learn. and it is four years. she is fully settled. she has her work. pretty and decent.
-what is her job?
-she is a teacher.
-but she is divorcee.
-maa, she is not. - her eyes got wide open hearing my statement.
-she is not divorced and has a family? you want to marry that kind of woman?
-mama, she has never married before.
-why? is she sick? and you chose her because of your kindness?
-no.- i grabbed my head- mama, she is just 27 years old, unmarried girl. i met her and she said yes, well ...to be my girlfriend. but i want to make her my wife. legally.- she gave me that disappointed pouty lips that i have seen since birth when i have had a mistake.
-but, you are still so young. 23 and 27.
-mama, she is my dream girl.
-indian girls are the most beautiful in the whole world. they can be your dream why her?
-mama, i know. but i can't force my self to fell in love with other girl. it is not on my hands.
-oh gosh- she sighed.-what should i do now? - small chuckle escaped from my lips- you still have audasity to laugh?! here i am dreaming about mannerly indian girl when my son is drooling over some woman without lineage.
-mama, please. i can't live without her. forgive me for being innappropriate. i wanna make her mine.
-show me her picture
-sure- i grabbed my phone- you like her. she is an angel.
-angel, huh? what about your mother?
-mama, you are the goddess for me.
she took a look on the picture which was taken on the beach when i confessed. she stopped for a minute and zoomed every inch of her face and body. she was in her white frock with sad face and teary cute eyes in this picture.
-can't she wear something long? look at her shoulders- a judgmental look flashed on her face.
-i purchased it for her. mom, just tell me why you don't like her. she is cute and pretty. she is all i wanted.
-what should we do?
-now that's like my mum. i will take you both to her house. and you will engage me to her. and you will take care of papa.
-is this your plan?
-yep, my gorgeous mom.
-i'll talk to your father in this case.
-make sure to win his heart, mama.
days went on and i tried to keep her heart up with my presense. at the beginning, she felt so ashamed and shy and hard to get. slowly-slowly she got used to my influence in her tiny angelic universe. It was not particularly challenging to discern the contrast between her reality and her alternate world. She was an ethereal angel in her own realm, a sanctuary she had never allowed anyone to enter.I was the sole individual who uncovered the key to her diminutive realm. I had drawn nearer to her.
