Sweet.
Merciful.
Crap. This fanfiction has been one of my biggest projects and, by far, one of the most successful.
For those of you who don't know, I own two accounts: this was the one I used to log on wattpad for the first time, and the second one, Rosefox12, is the one where I wrote all my stories.Overall, I've written about 8 stories, but only three of them were really, really successful: Crossover House, which is a funny and silly story I made back in 2020, when the Covid Pandemic exploded; The Dark Dimension, my personal love letter to one of my all-time favourite series, "Escape the Night".
And now, we have Roleswap, which has been the greatest burst of productivity I've gotten from a story in years. As you all can notice from the update schedule, I took a break between chapter 4 and 5, mostly because I was going through some personal issues I needed to fix, but also because frankly, I didn't find the joy in writing anymore.
It became stressful for me to just open word or wattpad and tap out the first lines of the chapters, so I decided to stop and not continue this fanfiction or any other of my personal projects and solely use the second wattpad account I own.
That is, until I decided to log back here on a random October afternoon.
And I saw the incredibly positive feedback that Roleswap had gotten; it genuinely made me want to give it another chance.
Just one more time.In a way, I can call my most three successful fanfictions "love letters": Crossover House is a love letter to simpler times, when we were silly human beings going through though times, The Dark Dimension is a love letter to a series I adore, but Roleswap...
Roleswap is a love letter to myself. To my abilities as a writer, both here on wattpad and in my projects.
So, to everyone who commented, voted or even just read the story, I have nothing to say but thank you.
Thank you for making me believe in me again.Without this fanfiction, without me continuing this work, I probably would have had an ever harder time recovering, hell, I met this amazing person thanks to this silly story!

So, what happens now? Where do I go from now on?
You might have heard the common topic of "Fandoms dying" circulating around, mostly on Tik Tok, and one of the main reasons brought up is that no one takes time to create aus.Looking at my fandom, I can say we are quite packed with aus and stories, but I feel like something more can still be done to cheerish this amazing fanbase we hold.
So, it is with great pride that I present, my biggest fandom-related project yet: "THE SMGVERSE".
Inspired by the amazing Jakei and her stunning project "Underverse", SMGverse will focus on connecting aus created by talented artists and writers all across the internet.
I am currently working on the plot and the aus to include, but I suppose a little teaser won't hurt anyone...
"The ground stood still as he - no, it - emerged from the portal.
It had stopped being human long ago.
The king stood his ground as it marched towards him, holding his scythe right at the height of his face."Why hello, your majesty. Long time no see~"

That's enough for now, ehehehehe >:3
Once again, thank you so so so so much for reading Roleswap, and I hope that whatever project I put out in the future, you will enjoy.
And if you don't, no hard feelings, as I said there are hundreds of spectacular projects out there for you to read.I'll see you all in whatever crazy next adventure I plan, but as of now, consider this the closing bow!
See ya!
