A/N: Based on past chapters, I think I should include a warning for this one. Nothing terrible happens, but if you were uncomfortable with previous Soohan/Mingyu storylines, then you should probably bear that in mind for this chapter.

Following Cherin's advice and Chaeyoung's gently bullying demands, Lisa let herself be dragged straight to a bar from the office door on Friday night. It was early enough for them to be able to grab a table, and as soon as they settled in, Chaeyoung ordered a row of shots.
"I'm not encouraging this," she clarified as she lined them up along the table. "But you're miserable, and if there's any chance that getting drunk will make you feel better, then I'm going to allow it."
Lisa just sighed. She felt heavy and grey. "What happens if I drink too much and get into a fight with the DJ?"
"Then I'll back you up just this once," Chaeyoung said, lifting her first glass in a toast. "And if it just makes you sadder then I'll take you home and hold your hair while you puke. Whatever happens, I've got you."
Lisa didn't have the energy to argue with her, so she tipped the first three shots down her throat without so much as a shudder. Chaeyoung followed suit, and by the time other people started arriving, they were both pleasantly buzzed.
"You'll find someone better, you know," Chaeyoung said, gesturing too aggressively with her gin and tonic.
"No, I won't," Lisa said. She didn't sound morose, which made a nice change, but her heart still hurt whenever she thought about how true that sentence was. "Jennie was perfect. And she was amazing in bed."
"So are lots of people."
"No one I've been with."
"Not even Mingyu?"
"Especially not Mingyu. He's like, the complete opposite end of the scale," Lisa said, sighing. "Jennie could do this thing where she made me come just by kissing my neck and playing with my nipples."
Chaeyoung snorted into her drink. "We've officially reached over-sharing levels of drunk. That's an improvement."
Lisa sighed again, slumping further down in her chair and knocking her knee on their table in the process. "Do you think she's already sleeping with someone else?"
"Probably not, if she's as heartbroken as you are," Chaeyoung said carefully. "Do you think if you slept with someone, it would make you feel better?"
"I have no idea," Lisa shrugged clumsily. "It's worth a shot, though."
"Okay – who do you like the look of?"
Staring blearily around the packed room, Lisa tried to find someone, man or woman, who made her palms tingle even just a tiny bit. She was near-blind from tequila already though, and her search was mostly fruitless.
"I can't see anyone from here. Maybe I should just wait until someone comes over to me and then take the very first person who offers."
"What if they're a total dog?"
"Then I should stop being so fussy," Lisa declared. "That could be where I'm going wrong."
