"Your staring at me like I'm an alien- which I wouldn't agree more with you on if that's what you think."

"No, it's not that, you just... have a lot more variety of color, haven't seen much in a long time."

ShadowSeeker looked over at the ink person, narrowing her eye's. What sort of observation was that? "Seriously? Color? That's what sticks put to you the most from me?" She huffed. The thing that would stick out to her the most is being a human.

"Of course, why wouldn't it be?" He looked over at her, with a expression that said 'shouldn't that be the most obvious thing?' "Most of the time, all you do see around is yellow and black, sometimes white, but not..." He waved his hand, motioning to the brighter and newer colors from her clothes to her hair.

She could only stare at him dumbfounded, not knowing how to feel about that. "I don't know if I should take that as an insult, or a compliment." She mumbled, frowning towards him as he led them through the hallways, as if he knew where they were going.

"So who's this Alice Angel person?" She asked, deciding to change the subject to who she'll be going to see. "All I've seen is posters of them, and they just look really smiley and kind."

He laughed, more of a nervous laugh than a 'that was funny' laugh. "She definitely doesn't fit any of those qualities." He chuckled nervously, leaving her wondering how Alice actually acted. She could just ask, but she can figure out for herself, it's not something she needed help with unless it was something you couldn't figure out from first glance.

Might as well ask more questions to know how to prepare for her. "Is she manipulative?"

"Eh... not really, but she's dangerous, unless your useful to her." He explained, avoiding eye contact.

She narrowed her eyes at him, glaring right at him. "So then why was your first thought to bring me to her if she's dangerous? Is it because I accused you correctly of you kidnapping me and how you turned me into a human?"

"Again, I didn't kidnap you! And I don't know what you mean by 'turning you human'." He said for the millionth time, looking fed up for how many times he's had to explain that to her, even though she knows he's not her kidnapper, she was going to continue calling him that. "Also, I would've brought you to her either way. You wanted recognizable figure, recognizable place, somewhere nearby, this is the closest place. And all recognizable figures around here are just as hostile." He stressed to her.

"... So you want me dead?"

   "I didn't say that."

"But you said you'd bring me to her either way, so technically you want me dead." She shrugged, unbothered by that idea as long as the incapability of death with attacks from other species still worked. It was impossible for species outside of the parasitic tribes to actually kill each other, at least on the planet our tribe is on, may be a different story for other planets.

"Can you stop talking for one second, or just talk without putting some sort of blame on me?" He sighed, seeming to want to talk about anything else aside from her fake suspicions.

Well, she wanted to keep talking. Maybe she could ask more about where she was since this wasn't a dream, figure out some sort of escape. "So... how exactly do you get out of this place?" She asked, raising a brow at him.

"Get out?" He scoffed, seeming to find the question stupid. "You can't get out, many of us have tried. But once your in here, there's no way of getting out. You just need to get use to that." He said coldly, those words looking to hurt to even say, not liking the reality of that.
