Halloween night in Glurfsburg. Children went from door to door, pillowcases full of candy, begging for more. Michellee, dressed as a witch, gave the passing children two sweets each. Guy, as a pirate, was helping Junior dress up as one too. E.B., attired in a princess dress, put all their jack-o-lanterns on display.

Before long, the curfew went into order and all the kids had to go home. Some teenagers, however, thought it'd be hilarious to throw eggs, toilet paper and water balloons full of shaving foam at people's houses. And the Weebie-Am-I's were no exception.

"Those crazy kids!", Guy said angrily as he hosed the windows off.

Right behind him, a car pulled up. Out of it came Sam, dressed as a vampire (complete with plastic fangs), Pam, dressed as the bride of Frankenstein, and Gluntz, wearing an inflatable dinosaur. (Don't ask me how she got in the car. It's Gluntz, you know?)

"Hey, best friend!", Sam exclaimed. "Those kids got you too?"

"Yep", Guy replied in monotone. He shuts off the hose. "Happy Halloween", he says to the three.

"Back at you, Am-I", said Pam.

Gluntz bowed her head, but the jaw of her dinosaur costume bopped Guy on the head. Thankfully it was only an inflatable, so it didn't hurt.

"Hi, Guy!", she shouted. Through her costume, it was heavily muffled.

"Hey, Gluntz. Why don't you all come inside?"

When Guy led them in the house, Sam, Pam and Gluntz got praise from Michellee and E.B. (Junior would've said something, but he'll get there).

"So what're you guys up to?", Sam asked.

"Oh, just watching a scary movie", Michellee told him.

To be honest, it wasn't particularly scary. They couldn't really watch anything like that on account of Junior. Instead, it was a Halloween cartoon where some kid was rambling about a giant pumpkin or something.

"I've got something fun we could do."

"What's that, Pam?", E.B. asked her.

"I was thinking we could tell each other spooky stories."

Guy and Michellee exchanged tentative glances.

"Oh, come on. The mood's perfect. It's dark out, soft lights from the jack-o-lantern's and television. Just needs a crack of lightning to make it complete."

Just after she said that, thunder rumbled outside and it began pouring rain.

"Well, what do you know?", Pam laughs. She then sits on the footrest in front of the couch. Sam sat on the chair. Gluntz found it too difficult to sit anywhere, even the floor.

"So who has a story?"

"Ooh! Ooh! I do!", E.B. rang out.

Michellee lowers her hands over Guy Jr.'s ears.
