ASTRIA REGULUS BLACK remembers about five solid things from the last hour. She remembers getting a bloody nose while making Neville tea, she remembers wanting her dad, and She remembers her dad getting there. She knows at some point Sage was there, and she remembers flooing. Which was a very unpleasant experience all things considered. However, she would do it a hundred times over if it meant it would get her to where she had ended up.
She needs to ask how they figured it out, Astria thought, later.
Astria knew they were still standing and watching them as tears built in her eyes and she hugged Harry as close as she humanly could, curling into the boy. His hand was running through her hair and she could literally feel her being healing from everything that had just happened. Slower than ever before, as it had never been this bad, but healing nevertheless.
Harry shook his head at her apology, "Don't be love," and she wanted to tell him she absolutely should be, if she had just invited him to Halcyon for the holidays this could have all been avoided, she caused him so much unnecessary pain.
Astria practically felt her dad tense up at Harry's words, before saying something to the others she didn't catch, and then they were all moving to the other side of the large room, giving the two teens space.
Astria unraveled even more, pushing her face into his neck, tears slipping over without her control. She wished they wouldn't, she wished she could just talk to Harry right now.
