Jeong Hyeong-don and Yoo Dae-joon were sitting at their desks at the police station, looking bored.
Hyeong-don threw another paper ball at the dustbin situated at the foot of the table, successfully landing it inside.
"Yesss.... Dae-joon look I scored." He jumped excitedly from his spot.
"Yaay...I scored five already. You just got two " Dae-joon mocked him.
Hyeong-don made an annoyed face at the comment. Before he could make up a reply the Chief of Police Captain Kim came rushing to the station. Everyone stood up quickly to salute him.
"Attention everyone, we have a new case which needs our immediate attention." The Chief announced seriously.
Hyeong-don and Dae-joon looked at each other raising an eyebrow and shrugging.
"What's the case about sir? " One of the fellow officers asked.
"A student was found dead in her dorm room at Seoul University." The Chief continued.
Dae-joon whispers to Hyeong-don " A dead student? Murder?"
"Nah...we haven't had a murder case in this department for so long." Hyeong-don replied uninterested.
"I bet it's a murder. I want to be in this case. Remember what Chief Kim told us last week, we are the dumbest cops in the department." Dae-joon whispered a bit accusingly.
"Me and Kim studied in the same college. He is just making it up because I am more brilliant than him. He is scared I might take his place." Hyeong-don snickered.
"If you both studied together then how come he is the Chief and you are not?" Dae-joon asked curiously.
"Yaay...I should have been the Chief if I went for the exam. But I got sick and couldn't attend. Otherwise you would be working for me." Hyeong-don replied seriously and Dae-joon nodded understandingly.
"I don't believe you. If you are so smart then how come we couldn't solve even a single case?''
Before Hyeong-don could respond, the Chief called them.
"Hyeong-don, Dae-joon. You are in this case. Go to the dorm and collect details from the girl's friends. And don't do anything dumb." Chief Kim warned seriously at the duo.
Dae-joon stood up straight and nodded his head obediently. Hyeong-don shook his head with an annoyed expression.

Jeongyeon woke up late the next morning. She sat up on the bed groggily and looked around scratching her head. She was still wearing the clothes from last night when she went out with Jihyo and Nayeon. She looked at the opposite side of her room and her roommate wasn't anywhere to be found. Suddenly the events from last night flashed in her memory.
