Hi guys! first book so dont be too mean! ;-)

chapter1:

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEE...SLAM!

"stupid damn alarm" , i turn over and stuff my head into my pillow, hoping that i can sleep for atleast another 5 minites before mom notices.

"JESSICA? ARE YOU AWAKE YET?" my mom yelled from downstairs.

"coming"

i reply meekly slowly dragging my head off the pillow, the sweet,sweet pillow, and slowly stuffing my feet into my fluffy purple slippers. Finally managing to bring myself to my feet i hobble out the door and down our long winding marble staircase to the kitchen. in there sits my mum. my mother has long blonde hair just like me, amd grey blue eyes. She is staring at me in shock.

"what?" i ask a bit wierded out by the look in her eye.

" Why arent you dressed yet? school starts in 15 mins" she replies.

Oh yeah, today is the firstt day of year 11, and i am so over high school. i mean when does it end, why couldnt we just be stupid and not have to go. I would have said this to mum but she would have gone onto a big rant about how 'education is the key to the future" yaddah yaddah yadaah blah blah blah. my mother is a famous motivational speaker, Jane Duncan everything is possible! Thats her slogan, i know right! CHEEESY!!! But she's a cool mum, she sometimes trys a bit too hard but she's cool nonetheless.

" honey, your gonna be late grab a banana put some clothes on and go!"

"okay,okay Im leaving jeeesh!"

I sprint up the stairs and grab my skirt and slip it on, where is my shirt? oh right on my bedside table i squeeze into my mambo shirt and grab my bag and sprint down the stairs. Today is gonna be a good day! I'm sure of it. i fling open the front door and step out into the cool morning air.
