🐚🦖 Shelly POV 🦖🐚
It started like any other day, Wake up, get out of bed, get prepared and head to the elevator. It's tiring just going from floor to floor extracting machines...The only thing I guess would keep me going is a certain toon..a certain someone which I adore dearly.. Vee. She may not feel the same way but that's okay! Slow and steady wins the race..! I always try and get quick glances over to her, I just love the way she looks! She's always prepped up and ready, wearing that iconic suit with the iconic bow! Her mic tail always sticks out to me, the way it sways behind her and the way it bounces with each step. I may sound like I'm being weird but she's just so.. Unique!
I stand in the elevator, feeling the large machine drag us down into the deeper depths of hell. Every other toon was talking and laughing with each other as we descended to the first floor. I, Shelly of course...Stand alone my dino-tail swaying slightly from side to side I would occasionally stand from my heels to my tippy-toes, I would spot Vee she wasn't talking to Astro for once, I quickly darted slightly to Vee waving at her. "Hey Vee! How are you today?" I waited patiently for a response
Vee glared at Shelly, staring down at her, she seemed..annoyed but she didn't ignore Shelly "I'm, fine. Thanks." Vee was known for being blunt and slightly annoyed at other toons for no apparent reason. The only time she wasn't blunt was when she was on her Gameshow or talking to Astro, she tried to keep her answers short and simple, not wanting to talk to Shelly that much.
My smile faded a bit, turning into an awkward smile "Ah, well...That's great!" I'd ponder for a second, before perking up with another question "Oh! Well, would you like to hear some dinosaur fac-"
"I already know them." Vee interrupted Shelly mid-sentence. "They're programmed in me." She removed her gaze from Shelly, staring at the elevator door, grunting in annoyance.
"Ah! Right..My bad.." My smile faded, I slowly glanced at Vee to the floor below, my tail drooped down between my legs, fiddling with my fingers with my arms in front. I enjoyed being with Vee but always disliked how she acted towards me..
