The old building loomed, its shadows cast like a dark omen. Ari Amos waited, his cigarette smoke curling into the night air. Baek Soo arrived, his footsteps echoing through the deserted space.
Ari Amos discarded his cigarette, striding toward Baek Soo. The younger man bowed, his eyes wary. "Hey, Baek Soo," Ari Amos said, his voice dripping with malice. "You know why I called you here." Baek Soo's smile faltered.
"Please, sir, clarify." Ari Amos's grin grew wider, devilish intent etched on his face. "Tomorrow morning, 12 pm, Taehyung's concert at Chingu Star Stadium. You'll take care of him." Baek Soo's brow furrowed, confusion written across his face.
"I didn't get it, sir." Ari Amos took another step closer, his voice dropping to a menacing whisper. "Kill him, Baek Soo. In the middle of the concert. Shoot him, stab him, poison him – whatever you want. I just want him gone." Baek Soo's sweat-beaded forehead gleamed in the dim light. He knew the President's warning: Harm Taehyung, and their deal would crumble.
"But, sir," Baek Soo stammered, "Didn't President say we'd work on this after the election?" Ari Amos's smirk twisted. "And you're neglecting my say, huh?" Baek Soo's hands fluttered in protest.
"No, no, I didn't mean that." Ari Amos's eyes glinted with bribery. "Then do as I say. I'll fill your pockets with so much money, your next hundred generations will thrive."
Baek Soo's gaze darted around the deserted space, seeking escape or witness. But he was alone, trapped in Ari Amos's web. "Sir, I—"
"Enough," Ari Amos cut in, his voice cold. "You have your orders. Fail me, and you'll suffer the consequences." The darkness seemed to close in around Baek Soo, the weight of Ari Amos's words suffocating.
Baek Soo's hesitation dissipated, replaced by a calculating glint in his eye. He nodded, the motion almost imperceptible.
"Yes, sir," Baek Soo said, his voice barely above a whisper. Ari Amos's smile broadened, satisfied with Baek Soo's capitulation. "Excellent," Ari Amos purred, pulling out a small briefcase filled with stacks of cash.
"I knew you'd see reason." Baek Soo's eyes widened as he accepted the briefcase, the weight of the money a tangible promise. "This is just a taste," Ari Amos said, his voice dripping with corruption.
"The rest will follow once Taehyung is eliminated." Baek Soo's grip on the briefcase tightened, his mind racing with the possibilities. "I'll take care of it, sir," Baek Soo assured, his voice now laced with determination. Ari Amos's eyes gleamed with triumph.
"I knew I could count on you, Baek Soo." The darkness seemed to swallow Baek Soo's conscience, replaced by the allure of wealth and power. As Baek Soo turned to leave, Ari Amos's parting words echoed through the abandoned building: "Remember, Baek Soo, no mistakes. Taehyung must not leave that stadium alive."
Baek Soo's nod was almost imperceptible, but his actions would speak louder than words. The fate of Taehyung, and the concert, hung precariously in the balance.
Would Taehyung's security team detect the threat, or would Baek Soo succeed in his deadly mission?

Today was the day of Taehyung's concert. Everything was ready: the stage, the lights, the sound system. Mahad and Jungkook were present in the backstage area, where Taehyung was getting ready for his first performance as a soloist.
Mahad sat casually, sipping a drink in his hand, when his gaze fell upon Taehyung. His eyes widened as he took in the sight of Taehyung wearing a bulletproof jacket. Mahad choked on his drink, coughing violently. "Bro, what the...?"
