" Yes the one with dark purple that has like gold vomited over it" I said to the worker here pointing to his right hand which had the exact shade of the painting I had seen before .

If you are wondering what I am doing , I am redecorating the room in the house we are about to move into.

My grandfather made sure there is only one room in the whole God damn house . Of course there is a guest room that is like outside , it is not yet finished .

But the bedroom we have is huge and I can work something with that.Yesterday when I went to her home I made note of things so that she could feel at home when she is here , because I want her to feel comfortable even if it's a little comfortable.

I have to say that woman haw some of the strangest tastes and the color I saw in her house , it's random I mean it's like a shade of purple but it was so unique .

I also noticed the sinks , some rare furnitures . I tried my best to recognize them when the contractor showed me . I explained each of them with almost detail I saw

I liked the rock sink , it was made of crystal I believe and these workers are doing an amazing job .

" Sir what do you have planned for the kitchen " he asked me

" Can you show me few options that we can work with?" I asked him and he showed me huge catlogue that's never used .

She does not cook neither do I

" I want a kitchen that makes us want to cook , and based on the other room details try and do something different" I said to him and he nodded .

I made sure to add couple things similar to her washroom and also added a little bit of my own lore to it because I'm going to be living here to .

The walk in closet was perfect , it is like we both have one but then it separated at the end , the colours blended .

" I'll get going now I have some work to do Mr.Mark by the way great job so far" I shook his hand and left .

Alright we are going to shop for my wife .

Future wife .

I mean no one should walk to a empty closet and based on the other day I kind of know what kind of shoes , clothes she would go for .I mean I'll try .

" Mr .Landon Carter ,it's a pleasant surprise, we are happy to have you here" the lady with blond hair said showing all her teeth in a smile .

" Is there anything I can help you with" she asked

" No I manage " I said .

Apparently Dan suggested that this is where his wife shops from , it's like the world of fashion for woman some of the rarest collection

I picked a couple dresses , and shoes .I also grabbed heels .

Nah uh this is not helping

" Pack it all " I said to the blond lady from earlier .

" Absolutely" she said and clapped her hands , which gathered the other workers , they did as told .

I gave them my black card and once done , I asked them to deliver it to the new home because I needed a truck or two to carry them for sure

I also grabbed couple of daily essentials myself. I never had to go shopping because Manny used to get everything for us .

So it's sort of new to me .

Once I was somewhat satisfied , I drove back home.

Manny was waiting for me " Get refreshed young master , I'll get the lunch set for you " she said and I nodded jogging upstairs to my room .

I had a quick shower after a long sweaty day and went downstairs ate dinner in my dining table .

It was yummy .

" Manny " I called out her name .

" Yes young Master" she said.

"Can you teach me few small things to cook?" I asked her and she looked at me as if I had grown two horns .

" That's ridiculous, that is why we are here" she justified herself.

" I know but it's never wrong in learning right?" I said her proving my point

She nodded .

" I'll get the kitchen ready to teach you" she said and I gave her a curt nod.

Just then my phone started ringing and I had to pick .

" Hello grandpa" I said as soon as I picked the call .

" Can you come here son?" He said and I did not hesitate.

I told Manny and left .

I went to the location grandpa gave it took me around thirty minutes to reach here .

I parked my car and walked inside the wood cabin .

I saw grandpa was sitting in front of fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa in his hands. I went and sat beside him .

" You are here son" he said giving me a sad smile .

" Of course I am "I answered him.

He srood up and I did the same " Come with me" he said walking out through the backdoor , with a red blanket wrapped around his neck .

I could tell it was a knitted blanket , because of the knitting I learnt .

He stopped in front of tombstone and I noticed it was out Grandmother's memorial .

" I want you to burry me right next to her when I die" he said .

" Old man you still have good twenty years in you " I said

" So don't try to go early to heaven" I joked and he laughed .

" No I don't plan on leaving you this early, I wanted you to know what I wished for " he said and I nodded.

It's a bitter truth all people we love will leave us anyway.

My mother died .

My grandmother did too .

Now my grandfather is talking about it

" You can hate me all you want about the decisions I made involved to you but you'll understand me one day " he said .

" What mistake did she do to go through this ?" I asked him talking about Eloise.

" You'll both understand someday " he said .
