It had been about a week since my mom left for her business trip and Casein went for his interview two days ago. Id been moping  around the house ever since then.

It was some where around 2:00 on a weekend. In that mix of a week that they'd been gone Dean had asked me out. Of course I said yes considering I loved the guy to death, he knew me better than anyone else.

I was cutting up the vegetables for a beef stew my dad was making when I heard the door bell ring. "I got it." I mumbled as I walked away from my cooking place. To no surprise it was Dean. My dad was a bit amazed considering it had been months since Dean came over last. Dean leaned down and kissed my cheek. "Good afternoon beautiful." I smiled "Good afternoon to you too." My dad took Dean into a hug and patted his back. "How have you been Dean?" He smiled and replied "I'm good. Just been working in my dad's construction site."

He wrapped his sweaty arm around me. "Ewwwww." I screamed "Get your sweaty arm off of me man." He wrapped both of his arms around me and pulled me into him. "Feel the sweat take it all in. You know you want it." I made a pouty face and kissed his cheek.

"I'm gonna go change real quick." My dad nodded and headed back to the stove.

I changed into my old faded Batman shirt and my torn jean shorts. Once I found his jacket I put it on and sat his bag aside. I thought for a second before reaching into his bag to get his camera. I turned it on to find a couple of photos of me when I went to his house a few days ago. Then there was this one photo of him. He was doing my signature peace sign (Palm facing outward instead of towards you) there where a few stray healed over scars that I never knew of. Ones that where out of place. They seemed fresh, which worried me. I scrolled though his photo till I heard footsteps in the hall. I sat his camera down and made my way back into the hall. Dean wrapped his arms around me pulled me close. "You smell like me." I giggled and made my way to the living room. I turned the tv on and put in mine and Casein's favorite movie. Sadly my boyfriend has never seen it.

"Whatcha putting on?" He questioned as he stretched out on the couch. "For me to know and you to find out." I replied as I sat on the recliner next to him. He climbed over the arm of the couch and cuddled up next to me.

Not even ten minutes into the movie Dean was already asleep. I could tell he was exhausted as soon as he walked though the door, considering he'd been working on site all day.

~Time Laps~

I woke up to my dad shaking me. I rolled over and groaned. " Dinners ready and Dean jumped in the shower." I nodded and sat up. I pulled my hair up into a messy bun and went to the guest bathroom to clean up. I cleaned my face and washed my hands before heading to the kitchen. Dean pulled my chair out for me and handed me my plate.

~Time Laps~

Dean laid his head on my shoulder and wrapped his arms around me. "I talked your dad into letting me stay the night." His hot breath crawled across my shoulder. I leaned into him and took in his warmth. Ever since early this morning id had this wave of strange feelings. Like I was missing something,  like I was craving something that I wasn't getting. I turned in his arms and hugged him. "I didn't want you to leave me." He hugged me tightly and took in a deep breath. It was moments like this that I loved the most. Just being able to sit in complete silence and be able to hear/feel his heart beat while I hug him. It was so comforting even when you could hear the skipped heart beats in which his heart defect caused.
