A whole week has passed and I've been living everyday so anxiously. Especially during the weekends because there was no way for me to contact Syd. I just kept hoping that she was okay. During the weekdays, I keep looking at the door every morning-- waiting for Syd to arrive. Thankfully, she always comes.

We haven't talked yet ever since our last conversation last week happened. Syd avoided me even more, although it wasn't noticeable for anyone since Syd and I really don't talk a lot to each other before the day I saw her at the bridge. It became harder for me to reach Syd because she keeps avoiding me in every way possible.

Last week, Ma'am Nadia were pairing everyone up for a quick activity. She was supposed to be my partner but then, she was taken to the clinic due to a 'tummy ache'. I didn't believe her excuse because she looked totally fine before Ma'am Nadia paired us. Even our other classmates were surprised when she suddenly felt sick.

"Bigay mo na lang, please. Baka bumalik na siya," Pakiusap ko kay Sebastian kasi kinukulit niya pa ako bago ibigay 'yung pinapa-abot ko sa kaniya na pagkain.

"Bakit mo nga muna binibigyan na ngayon ng pagkain si Syd?" Pangungulit niya.

"Wala ka na do'n. Just give it or I'll have Thaddeus give it to her." I said but he laughed.

"Yabang mo, ayaw mo nga malaman ng iba kaya ako inuutusan mo." He confidently said. I took the cheesecake amd chuckie from his hand and turned my back on him.

"Thaddeus!" I called him but Sebastian immediately took back the food from me.

"Ito naman, 'di talaga madaan sa biro. Ito na nga," He said and walked to Syd's table to place the food.

It's our vacant so almost all of our classmates were gone. It was only me, Sebastian, and Thaddeus in the room because all of them had gone to the canteen. While these two managed to sneak out of class earlier and already bought their food. I was about to go to the canteen as well but Sebastian already bought two cheesecakes and one chuckie, claiming he already knew I was going to buy them. I bought the food from him and told him to place it on Syd's table. Thaddeus didn't really notice us because he was too busy playing on his phone and because he really didn't care much.

I sighed and sat down on my chair. I have been giving Syd her favorite snack almost everyday to make sure she eats. I'm not even sure if she eats them, but I don't see it anymore on her desk whenever I check. I tried to not give her any snacks a few days ago to see if she'll buy something for herself. But she didn't. She stayed in the room the entire time.

Most of the time, Syd tries to decline the food from Seb. But thankfully, Sebastian's awfully good at persuading people. That's why Syd keeps accepting them and that's why I chose Seb to hand it over to her everytime.

"Hindi ko alam kung bakit ko 'to ginagawa e'. Hindi mo naman ako nili-libre," Seb complains as soon as he walked up to me.

"Then, give back my notes in every subject." I told him.
