It's now the next day. I had a panic attack yesterday when i was at Jace's house.
He just took me back home, and we were gonna try to work on the project today.
Just talking about the situation and how i hurt him, just triggered me and it triggered my trauma and my past.
And i honestly wanna tell Jace all of it, but im not ready and he knows that.
Ima be ready soon. I know i will. And i will be confident enough to speak on it.
Cause i have not spoken on my past since i moved in with Ella. I mean I have spoken on it, but i never got too deep into it.
And I'm just praying that Jace will be able to understand my pain and why i do what i do.
But rn, we was standing by Ella's locker.
"Are you okay, love?" Ella asked.
"Yes, I'm okay now. That talk really triggered my past and my heart."
"I know, love and im sorry. But did Jace really say that he's sorry for reminding you of your past?"
"Yes. He said he's sorry for everything. And I don't even think he's gonna come up to your locker today."
"Nah. He told me he was going straight to class. So he's in class right now."
"I feel so bad.."
"I know, love. I feel bad for both of y'all. But y'all are gonna work it out."
"I hope so. I really told this man that I cannot love him.. and I hate that, Els."
"I know you hate it. But you don't wanna go through that same shit again, I get it."
"Yea."
"And Ik Jace doesn't wanna go through what he did again."
"Huh?"
"What?"
"You said Jace doesn't wanna go through what he went through again? What did he go through?"
"Idk if he wants me to tell you. But it was very bad. It came from being heartbroken , that's all I can say."
"Oh.. see now we both have a terrible past."
"Yes, y'all do. Jace hurt me and Sean so bad with what he went through, but we're better now."
"Well, that's good. I really do wanna talk to him, but he didn't come to locker today so maybe he doesn't wanna talk to me.."
"I'm sure he wants to talk to you, he's just not going to cause it feels weird cause of what happened yesterday."
