Jungkook woke up the next morning, the weight of yesterday's events still hanging over him. With a practiced routine, he got ready for the day as if nothing had happened. He put on a tailored suit, his expression hardening in front of the mirror. Today was a new day, and he had to focus on the business at hand.

Upon arriving at the office, he was met with the usual hustle and bustle of his staff, but their energy felt off. As he walked into the conference room for the board meeting regarding the launch date of the Smart Tab 5, he could sense the tension in the air.

“Good morning, everyone,” he said, his voice commanding, yet the room seemed to hold its breath. He took his seat at the head of the table, his piercing gaze sweeping over the team.

“Let’s begin. I expect a solid presentation on the launch timeline,” Jungkook instructed, his tone leaving no room for error.

The first team member began to present, but as they stuttered through the slides, Jungkook’s irritation grew. What the hell is this? He thought as he glanced at the lackluster visuals and vague explanations.

“Is this the best you could come up with?” he snapped, cutting them off. “I need clear, actionable steps, not some half-baked ideas!”

The team shifted uncomfortably, fear evident on their faces. Jungkook’s frustration peaked as more team members presented poorly executed plans, his patience wearing thin.

“Enough!” Jungkook shouted, his voice echoing off the walls. “I’m the CEO here, and I expect better from my team! If you’re not going to take this seriously, then what are we even doing?”

With that, he stood up abruptly, glaring at the stunned faces around him. “This meeting is over,” he declared, turning on his heel and storming out of the conference room, leaving an uneasy silence behind him.

In the aftermath of his departure, Stella quickly sprang into action, maintaining a professional demeanor despite the nervousness in the room. “Alright, everyone, let’s regroup,” she said, her voice steady. “We need to come up with a solid plan that will impress Mr. Jeon when he returns.

Jimin followed Jungkook into the hallway, concern etched on his face. “Jungkook, wait!” he called, jogging to catch up. “Are you okay? You seem a bit... off after yesterday’s events.”

Jungkook halted, frustration radiating from him. “I’m fine,” he replied tersely, brushing past Jimin as he headed toward his office.

Stella, who had been trailing behind, observed the exchange with a worried expression. As Jimin turned around, he noticed her standing there, concern clear in her eyes.

“Is he okay?” she asked, her voice low.

Jimin shrugged, trying to mask his own worry. “He’ll be alright. Just needs some time.”

With that, Jungkook stormed into his office, the door slamming shut behind him, leaving Jimin and Stella exchanging worried glances

Meanwhile, Y/N was at home, helping her mother tend to their garden. The sun was shining brightly, casting a warm glow over the colorful flowers they were planting. Her mother hummed softly as she worked, glancing over at Y/N with a knowing smile.

“So, how was your day?” her mother asked, looking for an opening to bring up the topic she had in mind.

“It was fine, just the usual,” Y/N replied, focusing on her work.

Her mother paused, a playful glint in her eyes. “Just the usual? You mean aside from the fact that you fell into the CEO’s arms yesterday?”

Y/N’s cheeks flushed as she remembered the embarrassing moment. “Mom, can we not talk about that? It was an accident!”
