Why did Alina life always have to be hell. Starting from her parents death, her hard break up with her ex boyfriend and all the supernatural.

She sat in the passenger seat, tired and missing her bed. Being in her body also felt weird. Like something was wrong.

Ever since she killed that person, something was off. Maybe it was grief filling inside her.

Klaus could see the sadness, in her face still. And he wished she had that annoyed look.

Klaus spoke up. "Have anything weird happen to you?" Alina couldn't get her killing that person out of her head.

She just kept thinking on it. It was just replaying in her head. Finally it stopped. "What?" She asked looking over at the hybrid.

"Just curious. You healed." "I did?" He nods. "There's something about you Alina." "Maybe because I'm a doppelgänger." She said annoyed of the conversation already.

He loved that she was annoyed again.

Klaus shook his head. "It is not that. Which is why we're on our way back to Chicago, that witch Gloria. She may be dead but I need her spell books and other what nots."

Alina looks at him. "Great. A longer trip." She sighed and looked out her window. "Oh. You'll love me in no time."

She rolled her eyes. "I'm glad you still have an ego. Too bad I won't." "Oh stop being so grumpy Alina. I haven't hurt you yet."

"Right. Which is concerning because you absolutely hate my sister." She said looking over at the hybrid.

"Well she isn't like you. She's more annoying."

"And you aren't?" Alina laughed. "Does she know you're in love with Stefan?" Alina heart dropped.

She stared at him. He smirked, feeling her stare. "I don't know what you mean." She said trying not to look suspicious.

"I've saw you two, throughout the summer you and Stefan. You caring about him. Fine don't admit it. Beats me." He smiled.

Alina points at him. "You shut up. Okay? If I like him it's not your concern."

"Fine it isn't. But I will love to know more about you." He said looking over at her. Alina sighed. "And I don't."

He smiled at her. And honestly she hated? Loved? She didn't even know.

Maybe she liked the smile. "Stop smiling at me." He doesn't stop. "Okay,

Alina woke from the trip and looked around. She could see Klaus and a person. The guy was holding boxes.

Alina takes her seat belt off and gets out. She stretched and walked over.

"What is all this?" "Alina. I have research to do. Something extraordinary happened and I'll just like to know why."
